職責
就一般行政及管理工作方面提供行政支援,範疇包括:
(1) 人力及財政資源管理;
(2) 辦公地方的安排及樓宇管理;
(3) 項目規劃與發展;
(4) 處理部門非核心服務的招標及外判事宜及合約管理;
(5) 計劃及進行招聘;
(6) 處理投訴;
(7) 於會議上提供秘書支援;
(8) 在更新部門刊物及事務手冊方面提供行政支援;以及
(9) 執行其他上司指派的職務。
To provide executive support on general administrative and management duties in areas such as:
(1) human and financial resources management;
(2) office accommodation and building management;
(3) project planning and development;
(4) tendering and contracting out of non-core services of the Department and contract management;
(5) planning and conducting recruitment exercises;
(6) complaint handling;
(7) providing secretarial support at meetings;
(8) providing administrative support in updating departmental publications and manuals; and
(9) any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
入職條件
申請者必須符合以下所有入職條件:
(1) 持有本港頒授的學士學位,或同等學歷;
(2) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績 [註一],或具同等成績;
(3) 具有不少於八年的全職辦公室行政經驗;以及
(4) 為香港特別行政區永久性居民。
The applicant must fulfill all the following requirements:-
(1) a Hong Kong bachelor degree, or equivalent;
(2) Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent (see note 1);
(3) a minimum of 8 year’s full-time experience in office administration and executive work; and
(4) be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
入職條件(註)
註一: 政府在聘任時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
註二: 考生可能需要通過寫作能力的考核。
註三: 如具備政府機構或資助機構相關工作經驗,會是一項有利條件。
