職責
兼職文員主要之職責為一般文書工作。主要工作包括一般辦公室支援、整理檔案、打字、輸入數據、操作電腦、接聽電話、處理查詢、約期及登記、其他部門支援工作,並在有需要時擔任替假及戶外工作。
[備註:(1) 或須輪班工作或於不同地點上班;以及
(2) 每星期平均工作約17小時,工作時間因應僱員所屬辦事處/組別的運作需要而定,或可能有所不同。]
A Part-time General Clerk is mainly deployed to carry out general clerical duties. Major duties include general office support, maintenance of files, typing, data input, computer operation, answering calls, handling enquiries, appointment booking and registration, other departmental support, and where necessary, serve as relief staff and perform outdoor work.
(Remarks: (1) may be required to work shifts or in different locations; and
(2) to work on an average of about 17 hours per week, the working hours may vary depending upon the operational needs of the office/ unit to which the employee is deployed.)
入職條件
申請人必須-
(a) 完成中五程度,或具備同等學歷:及
(b) 懂得打字、電腦操作。
[備註:申請人如具備下列條件,可獲優先考慮:
(a) 擅長中文文書處理和打字,以及一般電腦軟件(如MS Office)的應用和操作;及/或
(b) 相關工作經驗]
Candidates should –
(a) have completed Secondary 5, or equivalent; and
(b) possess typing skills and computer literacy.
(Remarks: Preference will be given to candidates who have -
(a) proficiency in Chinese word processing and typing, as well as application of common computer software (e.g. MS Office); and/ or
(b) relevant working experience.)
