職責
合約顧客服務主任主要執行與下列一項或多項職能範圍有關的一般文書職責,其中可能涉及多類範疇的職務:
(a)顧客服務;(b)發牌及註冊;(c)一般辦公室支援服務;及(d)其他部門支援服務。
A Customer Service Officer is mainly deployed on general and basic clerical duties which may involve multi-tasks relating to one or a combination of the following functional areas:
(a) customer service; (b) licensing and registration; (c) general office support; and (d) other departmental support.
入職條件
申請人必須—
1. (a) 已完成中四學業,其中修讀科目應包括數學,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 具備相當於中四程度的中英文語文能力;以及
(c) 具備一般商業電腦軟件的應用知識及經驗。
2. 下列條件的申請人可獲優先考慮:
(a)具備兩年或以上的(i)顧客服務相關工作經驗(處理電話查詢及櫃台工作等);及/或 (ii)在政府部門/決策局及/或公營機構工作的經驗。
Candidates should have –
1. (a) completed Secondary 4 with subjects studied including Mathematics, or equivalent;
(b) attained a level of proficiency in Chinese Language and English Language equivalent to Secondary 4 standard; and
(c) knowledge and hands-on experience in application of common business software.
2. Preference will be given to candidates:
(a) with at least two years’ relevant working experience in (i) customer service (handling public enquiries and counter duties, etc.); and/or (ii) government departments/bureaux, and/or public organizations.

(1) 申請人須在申請表[通用表格第340號(3/2013修訂版)]的「截止目前為止的全部就業詳情」部份,詳列其在顧客服務、政府部門/決策局及/或公營機構的相關工作經驗並提供証明文件。申請人如未能提供文件証明所列的工作經驗,有關的工作經驗將不獲考慮。
(2) 申請人或須要通過電腦技能測試。
