(a) To support the curricula relating to Personal, Social and Humanities Education (PSHE) Key Learning Area (KLA), in particular Tourism and Hospitality Studies;
(b) To support the dissemination of the above curricula, including the production of curriculum resource materials;
(c) To assist in developing and organising professional development programmes for teachers in support of the implementation of the relevant curricula;
(d) To review textbooks and related learning and teaching resource materials; and
(e) To undertake any other duties as assigned.

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent, majoring in Tourism and Hospitality preferred;
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [see Note (i)];
(c) Possess a higher degree related to Tourism and Hospitality and/or curriculum development and/or educational management, or equivalent preferred [see Note (i)];
(d) At least 6 years' relevant post-qualification (as specified in (a)) experience in teaching and/or curriculum development in Tourism and Hospitality Studies education or relevant humanities subjects, and with experience at supervisory level in secondary schools [see Note (ii)];
(e) Possess sound knowledge in the area of Tourism and Hospitality Studies education and/or humanities education in the Personal, Social and Humanities Education Key Learning Area and local education system;
(f) High level of awareness of current trends in local and international Tourism and Hospitality Studies education and humanities education; and
(g) Candidates should be responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic; have a fine character and integrity; be committed to serve in the education field; be able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English; and proficiency in written English and Chinese.
