職責
(a) 針對新興毒品趨勢及新媒體的發展,協助制訂及落實全面的禁毒教育和宣傳策略,包括但不限於協助準備呈交禁毒常務委員會禁毒教育及宣傳小組委員會的相關文件、出席小組委員會會議及與小組成員保持聯繫;
(b) 向相關人士推廣參與禁毒工作及開拓合作機會,包括統籌參與禁毒活動的邀約安排、出席相關活動及擬備演辭、出任禁毒義工團聯絡主任及推展香港賽馬會藥物資訊天地與各非政府機構、社區組織、學術機構、企業及專業團體等的合作領域及開拓與其他組織的合作機會;
(c) 協助推展資訊天地的改進項目及落實有關的工作計劃;
(d) 負責監督資訊天地網站的開發及維護,包括製作合適的影片及資訊上載至網站;
(e) 督導資訊天地的員工;及
(f) 執行其他指定的職務。
(a) To assist in formulating and implementing the overall Preventive Education and Publicity (PE&P) strategy, taking into account the emerging drug trends and development of new media, including but not limited to assisting in the preparation of submissions to the Action Committee Against Narcotics Sub-committee on PE&P, attending its meetings and liaising with its Members;
(b) To promote engagement and participation in anti-drug work and to explore collaboration opportunities with relevant parties, including to coordinate responses to invitations to participate in anti-drug activities, attending events and preparing speeches where necessary, as well as acting as the Anti-drug Volunteer Group Liaison Officer and further the Hong Kong Jockey Club Drug InfoCentre’s (DIC) collaborative network and outreaching initiatives with different non-government organisations, community groups, educational institutes, corporations, professional bodies;
(c) To assist in taking forward the revamping exercise of the DIC and to implement the finalised workplan at a later stage;
(d) To oversee the development and maintenance of the DIC web portal, including the production of suitable videos and written materials for uploading onto the DIC web portal;
(e) To supervise DIC staff; and
(f) To carry out other duties as assigned.
入職條件
申請人必須具備下列資格:
(a)持有本港大學學士學位或同等學歷,主修工商管理、市場推廣、公共關係、傳播或新聞學;(b)於取得以上學歷後,具備至少9年在大型企業、非政府機構、公關公司或政府部門的市場推廣、活動統籌、企業傳訊、公共關係或媒體管理工作經驗。具備制訂宣傳及市場推廣策略及計劃、推行大型宣傳計劃或管理展覧館經驗者佔優;(c) 至少6年擔任督導工作的經驗;(d)具備優秀的中英文書寫傳意技巧,並在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3等級或以上成績,或具同等成績,以及能操流利廣東話、普通話及英語;(e) 具備優良的領導才能及項目管理技巧; (f)成熟,人際溝通技巧出色,能在壓力下工作及在緊迫時限內完成工作;以及(g)熟悉各種電腦軟件的運用,例如微軟辦公室。
備註: 合適的申請人會獲邀參加筆試。
Candidates should have-
(a) a degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, in business administration, marketing, public relations, communication or journalism; (b) with at least nine years’ post-qualification experience in marketing, event management, corporate communications, public relations or media management in sizeable corporations, non-governmental organisations, public relations agencies or government departments. Experience in formulating publicity and marketing strategy and initiatives, organising large-scale publicity campaign or managing exhibition centres is an advantage; (c) with at least six years’ supervisory experience; (d) strong written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with level 3 or above in both Chinese and English language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent, and good command of Cantonese, Putonghua and spoken English; (e) strong leadership skills and project management skills; (f) mature, excellent inter-personal communications skills and able to work under pressure; and (g) conversant with computer applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Note: Suitable candidates will be required to attend a written test.
