To perform the following duties in relation to training and promotion initiatives for the financial services sector: (a) to draw up project implementation details; (b) to work out arrangements in collaboration with the implementation partners; (c) to liaise with different industry associations, education institutions and relevant parties; (d) to monitor and review the implementation, financial position and effectiveness of the initiatives; (e) to prepare agreements, reports and other documents related to the funding and implementation of the initiatives; and (f) to perform other duties as required.

(a) Possess a Hong Kong bachelor’s degree, or equivalent; (b) Have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant full-time post-qualification executive and management experience in a public service setting (government and statutory organisations); executive and managerial experience in project planning/development/administration, handling/monitoring fund allocation matters, and/or publicity campaign will be of an advantage; (c) Have attained “Level 3” or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note); (d) Be fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English; and (e) Be proficient in computer knowledge and skills, including MS Office and Chinese word processing.
