傭工主要負責在官邸執行各樣家務工作，包括：宴會準備、招待賓客清潔、打掃、洗燙、烹調食物及其他雜務等。（註：須穿制服及不定時輪班，或因應運作需要而須要留宿候命。超時工作以補假作償。）
職責
A Domestic Servant is mainly deployed on performing household duties in official residence including preparation work for banquets, serving of guests in receptions, cleaning, tidying-up places, laundry and ironing work, cooking, etc.
Note:
Required to wear uniform, work irregular hours and on shift duty; and ‘live-in’ if necessary to meet operational need. Overtime work will be compensated by time-off-in-lieu only.
入職條件
- (a)具備在家庭、酒店或會所打理家務、預備宴會或招待賓客的工作經驗；
- (b)懂烹飪；
- (c)能操流利粵語；
- (d)能閱讀及書寫中文；
- (e)具備良好人際溝通技巧；及
- (f)能操簡單英語和普通話更佳。
- (a)have experience in domestic work, preparation work for banquets or serving of guests in receptions in a household, hotel or club;
- (b)be able to cook;
- (c)be able to speak fluent Cantonese;
- (d)be able to read and write Chinese;
- (e)have good interpersonal and communication skills; and
- (f)preferably be able to speak simple English and Putonghua.
