職責
除了協助引進重點企業辦公室(引進辦)主任執行職責外,副主任亦負責監督引進辦與目標重點企業的日常接觸,以及與內外持份者(尤其是非本地持份者)保持密切聯繫,其主要職責包括—
a) 就引進重點企業的政策和策略事宜,協助引進重點企業辦公室主任;
b) 監督與目標重點企業的日常接觸並領導部分相關工作;
c) 就創新和科技事宜與香港投資管理有限公司、香港金融管理局、入境事務處、香港人才服務辦公室、香港科技園公司、數碼港、港深創新及科技園、大學和其他專業組織等持份者保持緊密聯繫;
d) 與引進重點企業諮詢委員會各委員密切合作和策導委員會秘書處的工作;以及
e) 協助引進重點企業辦公室主任督導本地核心團隊的日常工作,並策導設於內地和海外的招商引才專組的工作。

Deputy Director-General (DDG) of Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises (DDG/OASES) will, in addition to supporting the Director-General (DG/OASES), oversee the engagement with target enterprises and maintaining close ties with internal and external stakeholders especially for those from outside Hong Kong. His/Her main duties include –
a) To assist DG/OASES in policy and strategy matters relevant to attracting strategic enterprises;
b) To oversee the day-to-day engagement with target strategic enterprises and to lead some of the calls on them;
c) To maintain close ties with stakeholders including the Hong Kong Investment Corporation Limited, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Immigration Department, Hong Kong Talent Engage, Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, Cyberport, Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park, universities and other professional organisations on the innovation and technology front;
d) To work closely with members of the Advisory Committee on Attracting Strategic Enterprises and to steer the work of its Secretariat; and
e) To assist DG/OASES in overseeing the day-to-day work of the local core team, as well as providing steer to the work of the Mainland and overseas Dedicated Teams for Attracting Businesses and Talents.

入職條件
申請人於獲聘時須為香港特別行政區永久性居民,並必須在截止申請日期前—
a) 具備最少10年擔任高層行政及管理職位的經驗,如曾於大型公共或私人機構工作將獲優先考慮。具備市場營銷、業務拓展、投資或貿易推廣相關工作經驗更佳;
b) 持有本港大學頒授的學士或深造學位,或同等學歷;
c) 具備卓越的領導和管理才能,以及良好溝通和演講技巧;
d) 具備國際視野,熟悉內地與香港的營商環境、香港的獨特角色及對國家政策的貢獻;具備敏銳的商業觸覺、豐富的商業知識,以及與不同持份者合作的良好往績;以及
e) 具備良好中英文書寫能力,並能說良好的粵語、普通話及英語。

Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) at the time of appointment and should possess by the application deadline –
a) At least 10 years of administrative and managerial experience in senior positions, preferably with large public or private organisations. Experiences related to marketing, business development, trade or investment promotion would be an advantage;
b) a Bachelor or post-graduate degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
c) strong leadership and management capabilities, good communication and public speaking skills;
d) an international perspective with a good understanding of the Mainland and Hong Kong business environment, Hong Kong’s unique role and contributions to the national policies, strong business sense and solid commercial knowledge, and proven track record of working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders; and
e) strong command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English.
