• (a)To liaise with stakeholders in formulating the operation workflow and requirements of clinical IT systems for the Chinese Medicine Hospital (CMH);
• (b)To participate in the sourcing of IT systems/products and integration between clinical systems and medical equipment;
• (c)To participate in tendering process including tender assessment and recommendation for required system products, hardware, software and services;
• (d)To manage IT contractors in the design, development, testing and implementation processes; and
• (e)To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

Candidates should possess –

• (a)a bachelor’s degree in information technology, or equivalent; and
• (b)at least 20 years’ full time post-degree working experience in planning, developing or implementing clinical information technology (IT) systems in hospital or sizeable healthcare organizations.
