Part-time Senior Project Development Coordinator (School Leadership and Professional Development) (EDB/PDT/265/16)
時薪497元 (每月需工作共70小時)
職責
(a) 就滿足教學專業團隊對教師專業發展的需要所訂定的策略,提供專業意見及支援,其中包括研發新類型及模式的培訓課程、設計和進行試驗計劃;
(b) 促進香港、內地及海外就教師和學校領導的持續專業發展在知識、專業及協作方面的交流,其中包括出席 / 籌辦於內地 / 海外舉行的試驗計劃 / 外訪活動;
(c) 協助設計及發展教師專業發展的電子學習套;
(d) 為教學專業團隊所訂定的專業標準提供專業意見及支援,包括諮詢工作以收集教學專業團隊成員及其他持份者的意見;
(e) 為優化該專業標準的擬稿,提供專業意見及協助;
(f) 協助策劃、組織、策略性推行、推廣及宣傳為教學專業團隊所訂定的專業標準;
(g) 協助設計及開發持續專業發展及入職啟導工具;以及
(h) 執行其他獲指派的職務。
(a) To provide professional input and support to strategies and initiatives of training to meet professional development needs of the teaching profession, including exploring new types and modes of training, devising and implementing pilot programmes, etc.;
(b) To assist in fostering exchange of knowledge, expertise and cooperation on continuing professional development (CPD) of teachers and school leaders among Hong Kong, Mainland and other countries, which may require traveling to the Mainland/overseas to organise/participate in pilot programmes/visits;
(c) To assist in the design and development of e-learning packages;
(d) To provide professional input and support to the implementation of standards for the teaching profession, including tasks relating to the consultation to tap the views of members of the teaching profession and other stakeholders;
(e) To provide professional input and assistance in refining the proposed standards for the teaching profession;
(f) To assist in planning, organising, developing strategic implementation, promotion and dissemination of the finalised standards for the teaching profession;
(g) To assist in the design and development of the CPD and Induction toolkit; and
(h) To perform any other duties as assigned.
入職條件
(a) 持有本港所頒授的學士學位及本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;持有與教育相關的高級學位者優先;
(b) 於取得學士學位後,具有不少於10年與教育相關的工作經驗,其中最少有3年在本地中 / 小學擔任校長的經驗;
(c) 具優良的中、英文寫作能力及良好的英語、廣東話和普通話口語能力;
(d) 具培訓本地教師及 / 或校長的知識;熟識本地教育系統和現行教育政策,及全球教育趨勢;
(e) 具良好的分析能力、計劃管理及協作能力;以及
(f) 有承擔,能獨立及於團隊中按指示工作。
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent; a higher degree in education preferred;
(b) At least 10 years' post bachelor's degree education-related experience, of which at least 3 years' experience in principalship in local primary/secondary schools;
(c) Very good command of written English and Chinese; oral proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is essential;
(d) Knowledge in conducting teacher and/or principal training in local context; familiar with Hong Kong education system and current educational policies as well as the global trends in education;
(e) Strong analytical skills, project management and coordination skills; and
(f) Be committed and able to work independently as well as in a team and under instructions.
