職責
主要職責包括:
(a) 籌劃及安排宴會和活動包括場地佈置、餐飲服務及接待賓客;
(b) 負責管理家務及餐飲工作,包括採購食材、備存記錄、編排及監督初級家務員工作;以及
(c) 安排點算、修補、更換家居用品及室內外陳設,以及備存家居用品的記錄。
(註:獲取錄的申請人須(a)超時及不定時工作,包括在晚間、周六、周日及公眾假期工作;以及(b)奉派香港禮賓府、粉嶺別墅和其他地方工作。)
Major duties are:
(a) to plan for and administer official and social banquets, functions and events, including venue set up, food and beverage services, and receiving guests;
(b) to oversee the provision of housekeeping, food and beverages services, including food procurement, record keeping, and to coordinate and supervise the work of junior domestic staff; and
(c) to arrange stock-taking, repairing and replacement of household items and soft furnishing; and to keep record of household items.
(Note: The successful candidate is required to (a) work overtime and irregular hours including evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays; and (b) be deployed to work in Government House, Fanling Lodge and any other places as required.)
入職條件
申請人必須:
(a) 持有本港大學頒授與酒店管理或服務業相關課程的學士學位,或具備同等學歷[附註(h)];
(b) 在取得學位後,至少具有四年於酒店或大型服務業機構管理或工作的經驗;以及
(c) 具備良好中文和英文寫作能力,能操流利英語和粵語;能操普通話者將獲優先考慮。
Candidates should :
(a) have a bachelors’ degree in hotel management or related programmes in hospitality management from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent [General Note (h)];
(b) have 4 years’ post-qualification experience in management or service in a hotel or large hospitality establishment; and
(c) have a good command of Chinese and English, both written and spoken; and ability to speak Putonghua is an advantage.
