(a) to assist in the development of knowledge management (KM) in the Force; (b) to promote the development of Force KM projects through a variety of means; (c) to undertake the maintenance of Force KM Portal and management of the content of the Portal; (d) to perform the daily operation of KM Helpdesk; (e) to liaise and support stakeholders and collect customer feedback; (f) to prepare related reports on KM activities; (g) to conduct research on KM; (h) to undertake any KM-related duties. (Note: may be required to work irregular hours).

Candidates should have (a) a degree in Knowledge Management, Information Management or related disciplines from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; (b) good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 [see Note (1)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; (c) at least three years' post-degree working experience in knowledge management implementation, including content management and creation of knowledge sharing platform; (d) good knowledge of working on computers using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Chinese word processing, and web design and programming; and (e) passed a written test. Proficiency in Putonghua, possession of research, record management, and/or project management experience is an advantage.
