職責
(a) 協助維繫「家長智 Net」的運作及定期更新網站內容；
(b) 協助宣傳「家長智Net」，以提升公眾對網站的認識及網站瀏覽率；
(c) 協助家庭與學校事宜委員會籌辦家長講座、比賽和活動；
(d) 協助管理「家校合作教師專業網絡」；
(e) 協助籌辦推動家校合作及家長教育的教師培訓課程；以及
(f) 執行其他與家校合作及家長教育相關的職務。

(b) To assist in promoting the parent education website so as to attract public attention and to boost the browsing rate of the platform;
(c) To assist in organising various parent talks, competitions and activities for the Committee on Home-School Co-operation;
(d) To assist in the management of the teacher professional network for home-school co-operation;
(e) To assist in organising teacher training courses on promoting home-school co-operation and parent education; and
(f) To perform any assigned duties related to home-school co-operation and parent education.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
(b) 持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；
(c) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績，或具備同等成績(註)；
(d) 在取得學位後具備至少 3年相關工作經驗；
(e) 能在壓力下工作；
(f) 具備良好人際交往和組織能力；以及
(g) 具備執行資訊科技有關項目相關經驗及／或短片或多媒體節目製作經驗或監督短片製作經驗者優先。

(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent (Note);
(d) At least 3 years' relevant post-degree working experience;
(e) Ability to work under pressure;
(f) Good interpersonal and organisational skills; and
(g) Experience in IT-related projects and/or in the production of videos and/or multi-media programme or monitoring of video production preferred.

入職條件(註)
政府在聘任時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級及E級的成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級的成績。
