- (a)策劃為小學生在中國語文科促進「學生適性化學習」計劃，並為參與該計劃的小學提供校本支援，以促進學習、教學和評估；

- (c)為與專業機構及/或大專院校協作建立「學生適性化學習」系統提供協助；
- (d)協助「學生適性化學習」系統試行計劃和推出的執行；
- (e)為不同持份者舉辦有關「學生適性化學習」的教師專業發展課程和公眾教育活動提供支援，以改善學與教及提升評估素養；及

職責
- (a)To plan for projects on promoting Student Adaptive Learning (SAL) in the Chinese Language subject for primary students, and provide school-based support to primary schools participating in the projects to enhance learning, teaching and assessment;
- (b)To map out the validation process of assessment tasks and questions for primary students for the Chinese Language subject for the SAL system;
- (c)To assist in the construction of the SAL system in collaboration with professional organisations and/or tertiary institutions;
- (d)To assist in implementation of the trial run and rollout of the SAL system;
- (e)To provide assistance in conducting professional development programmes for teachers and public education activities on SAL for different stakeholders to improve learning and teaching and enhance assessment literacy; and
- (f)To perform other duties as assigned.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港所頒授主修中國語文的學士學位，或主修中國語文的教育學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；
- (c)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具備同等成績[參閲註(ii)]；
- (d)在取得有關學歷後，具備不少於6年中國語文學習領域的中、小學教學及/或課程發展的經驗[參閲註(iii)]；
- (e)擁有以下的條件者優先：(i)良好的溝通及人際關係技巧；(ii)良好的電腦應用知識；以及
- (iii)運用多媒體開發中及/或小學教學及評估資源的知識和經驗；以及
- (f)被邀請出席面試的申請者需接受書寫筆試。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree majoring in Chinese Language or a Bachelor of Education degree majoring in Chinese Language, or equivalent;
- (b)A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
- (c)Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and Level 2 or above in English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) [See Note (ii)], or equivalent;
- (d)At least 6 years' relevant post-qualification experience in teaching and/or curriculum development in the subject of Chinese Language at primary or secondary level [See Note (iii)];
- (e)Preference will be given to candidates with
- (i)good communication and interpersonal skills;
- (ii)good computer skills; and
- (iii)knowledge and experience in development of resource materials for learning and assessment at primary and/or secondary levels with the use of multimedia; and
- (f)Candidates short-listed for interview are required to take a written test.
