職責
(a) 在海外國家/地區物色和聯繫人才及其他持份者,並促進互惠互利的關係,以配合香港人才服務辦公室的聯繫策略和使命;
(b) 促進香港與海外國家/地區之間在合作推動人才發展、吸引及聯繫方面的國際舉措及項目;
(c) 與香港駐海外國家各經濟貿易辦事處及政府相關決策局/部門緊密合作,協助制定和推行吸引和聯繫人才的策略;
(d) 為海外國家/地區與人才聯繫活動有關的會議、活動及舉措提供行政及後勤支援;
(e) 領導、指導和監督工作人員,以確保取得最佳成果、強而有力的管理策略部署及積極進取及充滿活力的工作文化推廣;
(f) 與香港人才服務辦公室的內部團隊合作,發揮協同效應,提升辦公室聯繫及支援人才策略的整體影響力及成效;以及
(g) 執行高級人員指派的任何其他職責。

(a) To identify and engage talents and other stakeholders in overseas countries / regions, and foster mutually beneficial relationships in line with the engagement strategies and mission of HKTE;
(b) To facilitate international initiatives and projects between Hong Kong and overseas countries / regions in promoting collaboration in talent development, attraction and engagement;
(c) To work closely with Hong Kong Economic and Trade Offices in overseas countries as well as relevant government bureaux / departments to assist in devising and implement talent attraction and engagement strategies;
(d) To provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, events and initiatives related to talent engagement activities in overseas countries / regions;
(e) To lead, guide and supervise staff members to ensure the delivery of optimal results, deployment of robust management strategies and promotion of a proactive and energetic work culture;
(f) To collaborate with internal teams within HKTE to leverage synergies to enhance the overall impact and effectiveness of the office’s talent engagement and support strategies; and
(g) To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

申請人在獲聘時必須是香港特別行政區永久性居民,並須–
(a) 持有香港任何一所大學頒發的學士學位,或具同等學歷;
(b) 於畢業後取得最少15年的全職工作經驗,包括5年以上在活動及項目規劃和管理、市場推廣、客戶關係建立及業務發展方面的相關經驗;
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科達第3級或以上成績,或具同等成績;
(註: 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級成績。)
(d) 在與政府及商界各方交往聯繫,以及為持份者提供優質客戶服務方面具備實務合作經驗,往績良好;具備與海外持份者合作的經驗更佳;

Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) at the time of appointment and should have –
(a) a Bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) a minimum of 15 years’ full-time post-qualifications work experience, including over 5 years’ of relevant experience in event and project planning and management, promotion and marketing, client relationship building and business development;
(c) met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 or above in English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent;
(Note: Grade C in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.)
(d) proven track record of hands-on collaborative experience in dealing with different parties in the government and business sectors as well as providing excellent customer services to stakeholders; and experience in collaborating with overseas stakeholders is highly preferable;
(e) excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
(f) excellent understanding of government affairs especially on talent engagement; and
(g) proficiency in the application of common business software (including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Chinese and English word processing.
