- (a)負責電腦系統的設計；
- (b)編寫程式及提升／維修現有程式；
- (c)擬備項目報告及規格要求；
- (d)致力保證承辦商所交付的成果和服務的品質；
- (e)監察維修及提升系統的工作；
- (f)為規劃署的電腦系統提供系統提升及支援服務；
- (g)就規劃署的辦公室自動化、網絡及資訊科技保安方面提供求助台服務；
- (h)評估硬件及軟件解決方案，並研究因應用戶需要修改系統推行及用戶支援方面的解決方案；以及
- (i)向管理層和用戶提供技術意見。
職責
- (a)Conduct system design of computer systems;
- (b)write programs and enhance / maintain existing programs;
- (c)prepare project reports and specifications;
- (d)perform quality assurance and acceptance of contractor’s deliverables and services;
- (e)monitor the maintenance and enhancement activities;
- (f)provide enhancement and system support services to systems of PlanD;
- (g)provide helpdesk services on office automation, network and IT security of PlanD;
- (h)evaluate hardware and software solutions and explore the necessary customization to solution in the perspectives for rollout and user support; and
- (i)provide technical advice to management and users.
入職條件
申請人須－
- (a)
- (i)持有香港任何一所大學頒授的資訊科技或電腦科學的學士學位，或具同等學歷；或
- (ii)持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位，以及香港任何一所大學頒授的與資訊科技或電腦科學相關的文憑，或具同等學歷；
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績[見註1]；
- (c)在取得有關學歷後具備至少五年與資訊科技有關的全職工作經驗，包括在Linux和Windows Server環境的系統發展及支援方面具備至少兩年實際工作經驗，以及在系統程式編製或系統軟件的技術支援方面具備至少三年經驗；
- (d)具備有關辦公室自動化系統(例如部門入門網站、無線網絡、內部電郵系統(Lotus Notes)及LanCrypt server等)支援服務的經驗；
- (e)具備有關供應商管理及產品或服務採購的經驗；
- (f)具備有關Google Search Appliance (GSA) (例如Java scripting、XML coding及XSLT stylesheet)操作的經驗；以及
- (g)具備有關伺服器保安、系統強化及檢討資訊科技保安程序的經驗。
申請人如具備以下資歷，可獲優先考慮－
- (a)具備Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)的資歷；或
- (b)具備Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA)的資歷。
Candidates should have –
- (a)
- (i)a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; or
- (ii)a bachelor’s degree and an Information Technology or Computer Science related diploma from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note 1];
- (c)at least 5 years’ post-qualification full-time IT working experience, including at least 2 years’ hands-on experience in systems development and support in Linux and Windows Server environment and at least 3 years’ experience in systems programming or technical support of systems software;
- (d)experience in supporting office automation services such as Departmental Portal, wireless network, Lotus Notes email, LanCrypt server, etc.;
- (e)experience in vendor management and procurement of products or services;
- (f)experience in Google Search Appliance (GSA) such as Java scripting, XML coding and XSLT stylesheet; and
- (g)experience in server security, system hardening implementation and reviewing IT security procedures.
Preference will be given to candidates having -
- (a)qualification in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP); or
- (b)qualification in Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA).

- (1)政府在聘任非公務員合約員工時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級的成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年及其後舉行的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級的成績。
