(1) To carry out research and provide recommendations on the themes and designs of special stamps and related products; (2) To collect information and references and communicate with designers to facilitate the design of stamps and related products; (3) To liaise with designers, printers, other postal administrations and organisations on all matters relating to the design and production process; (4) To ensure that the designs do not infringe copyright and are in compliance with the product specifications and prescribed rules/regulations; (5) To prepare text, notices and press releases, and proof-read materials relating to special stamps and related products; and (6) To manage profit and loss of stamp issues and philatelic products.

(1) A recognised Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent, preferably in Art, Design, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline; (2) Level 3 (Grade C before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; (3) A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification working experience in design and production, product development or business development with the latest 3 years at managerial level; experience in marketing is preferred; (4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in Putonghua is an advantage; (5) Proficient in computer skills; (6) Excellent organising, planning and interpersonal skills; (7) Highly versatile with sharp business acumen; (8) A multi-dimensional thinker with strong analytical skills; self-motivated; innovative; resourceful; forward-looking; and able to work independently; and (9) Possess good knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP); experience in IP compliance work is preferred.
