(1) 負責應用系統基礎設施的設計、推行、支援和維修保養工作,包括:
(i) 在內部網絡和互聯網非軍事區內,負責網頁、應用系統和數據庫平台的安裝、調試、維修保養和管理工作,工作包括在生產、開發、測試、培訓和災難恢復環境中進行,並須保持高可用性、高可靠度和高性能表現 ;
(ii) 與承辦商、用戶、應用團隊和各支援團隊協調和合作,以便適當地安排和執行軟件安裝和維修保養的工作,確保沒有突如其來的服務中斷;
(iii) 提供技術支援,幫助應用團隊和各支援團隊進行持續或以個別項目為本的工作,包括但不限於可行性研究、產品評估、分析和設計、制訂規模、系統推行和測試、性能調整、故障修復等;
(2) 處理與數據庫和應用軟件有關的軟件及服務採購,以及軟件許可證和服務的續期及軟件的維修保養;
(3) 進行容量調整、軟件升級和修補,包括評估升級/修補及推出新功能的影響;
(4) 負責評估數據庫、應用軟件及相關技術;
(5) 負責推行系統和日常管理的品質控制,包括架構設計、系統推行和系統安全、數據可用性和加密、迴歸和負載測試,以及系統界面;
(6) 為用戶和應用團隊提供資訊科技培訓;
(7) 準備、檢查和更新文件,包括但不限於程序、指南,以及系統和操作手冊;
(8) 在硬件、軟件、網絡可能引起問題或出現其他資訊科技問題時,為應用系統基礎設施提供初步及次級的隨時候召支援;以及
(9) 督導負責執行上述工作的下屬。
(1)To undertake the design, implementation, support and maintenance activities for the application infrastructure, including:
(i) installation, commissioning, maintenance and management of the web, application and database platforms in the internal network and internet demilitarized zones, including the production, development, testing, training and disaster recovery environment with very high availability, reliability and good performance;
(ii) co-ordination and collaboration with contractors, users, application teams and various support teams for proper scheduling and execution of software installation and maintenance tasks to ensure no unplanned service interruptions;
(iii) provision of technical support and assistance for application teams and various support teams in ongoing or project-based activities, including but not limited to feasibility studies, product evaluations, analysis and design, sizing, system implementation and testing, performance tuning, trouble-shooting, etc.;
(2) To handle the procurement of software and services related to database and application software, as well as license and service renewal and software maintenance;
(3) To conduct capacity sizing and software upgrade and patching, including the evaluation of the impacts of upgrade/patching and implementation of new functions/features;
(4) To undertake the evaluation of database and application software and related technologies;
(5) To undertake the quality control of system implementation and housekeeping activities, including architecture design, system implementation and security, data availability and encryption, regression and load test, and system interface;
(6) To provide IT training for end users and application teams;
(7) To prepare, examine and update documentations, including but not limited to procedures, guidelines, and system and operation manuals;
(8) To provide primary and secondary standby on-call support for the application infrastructure in situations that may be caused by hardware, software, network or other IT problems; and
(9) To supervise staff under his/her charge for the above tasks.
(1) 持有本地大學頒授的資訊科技或電腦學學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(2) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(2007年以前應為「課程乙」)取得第2等級(2007年以前應為「E級」)或以上成績,或具備同等成績;
(3) 取得上述學歷資格後,在資訊科技行業累積不少於五年工作經驗,當中最少三年須在資訊科技行業從事大型數據庫和應用伺服器基礎設施方面的設計、推行和維修保養工作;曾為多個數據中心的關鍵資訊科技應用系統提供支援尤佳,而這些數據中心是以服務市民、顧客、供應商、商業夥伴及/或僱員為目標;
(4) 精通數據庫、網頁和應用系統伺服器技術。具備下列範疇的技能和支援經驗更佳:
Oracle Database RAC和GoldenGate;Microsoft SQL Database;Oracle WebLogic Application Server;Tomcat;應用系統性能監察;SQL調校;數據倉及數據分析;
(5) 持有Oracle數據庫和Weblogic Application Server相關證書(例如OCP、OCM、OCE、OCS)和Microsoft SQL Server相關證書(例如MCSA、MCSE)更佳;
(6) 精通數據庫和應用軟件修補,並提供高可用性(HA)方面的支援;
(7) 具備全天候七天二十四小時支援關鍵系統的經驗更佳;
(8) 具備良好的人際關係和說服力,能有效令各持份者採納資訊科技方案,以達致業務和營運目標;
(9) 履歷表必須依時序列出過往的工作經驗及具備的相關技能;
(10) 具備良好的中、英文會話和書寫能力,以及良好的人際溝通技巧;以及
(11) 勤奮進取,具備良好的分析和解難能力。
(1) A Hong Kong bachelor’s degree in IT or computer studies, or equivalent;
(2) Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examinations (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(3) A minimum of five years’ post-qualification working experience in IT field, of which a minimum of three years should be involved in the design, implementation and maintenance of database and application server infrastructure; experience in supporting critical IT applications running in multiple Data Centres for serving the general public, customers, suppliers, business partners and/or employees is preferred;
(4) Proficient in database, web and application server technology. Additional skills and support experience in the following areas is an advantage:
Oracle Database RAC and GoldenGate; Microsoft SQL Database; Oracle WebLogic Application Server; Tomcat; application performance monitor; SQL tuning; data warehouse and analytics;
(5) Holder of Oracle Database and Weblogic Application Server-related certificates (e.g OCP, OCM, OCE, OCS) and Microsoft SQL Server-related certificates (e.g. MCSA, MCSE) is an advantage;
(6) Proficient in Database & Application software patching and providing high availability (HA) support;
(7) Experience in 24x7 support for critical systems is an advantage;
(8) Good interpersonal and persuasive skills in managing multiple stakeholders to adopt an IT solution effectively to meet business and operational targets;
(9) Resume must provide career history as well as skills and experience in chronological order;
(10) Good verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills in both Chinese and English; and
(11) Diligent, with great initiative and good analytical and problem solving abilities.
2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
(1) 合約為期兩年;
(2) 月薪$48,350;
(3) 按表現酌情發放獎金,每六個月發放一次,款額最高約為一個月的薪金;
(4) 年假14日;以及
(5) 約滿酬金加上香港郵政強積金供款的金額相等於合約期內所得底薪總額的15%。
