• (1)To handle phone calls, email, written enquiries and complaints from customers;
• (2)To liaise with commercial customers, so as to build up and maintain the relationship between Hongkong Post and the customers;
• (3)To follow-up with the customers' needs, provide one-stop service and handle all matters related to customer relationship;
• (4)To collect customers' feedback and marketing information, as well as input and process the data;
• (5)To assist in marketing events so as to explore potential business opportunities and expand customer base;
• (6)To assist in dealing with matters about PostalPlus for SME, including membership communications and activities;
• (7)To provide support to individual product; and
• (8)To undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Note :

• (a)Location of Work : Sheung Wan (The actual location of work assigned is subject to the operational need of Hongkong Post)
• (b)Hours of Work：48 hours gross per week, including shifts on Saturday. (The actual hours of work assigned are subject to the operational need of Hongkong Post)

• (1)(i) Level 2 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; or
  • (ii)Level 2 (Note 3) / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; and
• (2)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent.

Note 1 : For civil service appointment purpose, "Attained with Distinction" in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two applied Learning subjects), and Grade C in Other Language subjects in the HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to Level 3 in the New Senior Secondary subjects in the HKDSEE. "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in the HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects in the HKDSEE. Note 2 : The subjects may include Chinese Language and English Language. Note 3 : For civil service appointment purpose, "Grade C" and "Grade E" in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to "Level 3" and "Level 2" respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.

• (3)Be familiar with computer operations and common software, including but not limiting to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• (4)Preferably have a minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English and 15 c.p.m in Chinese using Cangjie(倉頡)/Simplified Cangjie(速成)Chinese input method (Applicants attending the selection interviews are required to take the English written test, computer test and typing test) ;
• (5)Be fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• (6)Preferably have one year or above post-qualification full-time working experience. Working experience in customer service/hotline center/telesales is an advantage; and
• (7)Be proactive, self-motivated and a good team player.
