擔任副編輯；於晚間及通宵更分擔任編輯工作；編製及在直播朗讀新聞報道及新聞簡報；編輯聲帶及收集記者稿件，以擬備每小時播出的新聞簡報；擔任網頁發佈工作；預備／製作節目；管理及統籌員工及其他資源；監督及培訓員工；籌劃及推行工作計劃及獲派工作；並確保新聞報道，新聞節目及網頁的內容準確、平衡，水準優良。（註：須不定時／通宵／於公眾假期工作；並須在颱風、黑色暴雨警告及其他緊急情況下工作。）
職責
Responsible for sub-editing; evening and overnight editing; compiling, reading news bulletins and summaries on air; editing sound and preparing hourly summaries from incoming reporters for broadcast; undertaking web publishing duties; programme preparation / production; managing and coordinating staff and other resources; supervising and training staff; organizing and implementing work plans and assignments; and ensuring the content of news bulletins, news-related programmes and websites are accurate, balanced and of good standard.
Note:
Required to work irregular hours / over-night shifts / on public holidays; and to work during typhoons, rainstorm black warning and other emergencies.

- (iv)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第3級或同等或以上成績，或具同等學歷[請參閱註(1)及(2)]；或在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績，以及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲第3級／C級或以上成績，或具同等學歷[請參閱註(2)及(3)] ；並具十一年的相關工作經驗；或
- (v)在香港中學文憑考試英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，以及另有四科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績，或具同等學歷[請參閱註(1)]；或在香港中學會考英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，以及另有四科考獲第2級／E級或以上成績，或具同等學歷[請參閱註(3)] ；並具十二年的相關工作經驗；及
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，或具備同等成績[參閱註(3)]。
申請人如
- (i)具備優良的英語溝通及書寫能力；
- (ii)擁有悅耳的廣播聲線；
- (iii)熟悉時事及公共事務；及
- (iv)具備執行網上發布工作的技巧，包括能善用文字、照片、聲音、視像及社交媒體等工具
則更為理想。
Candidate should have –
- (a)
- (i)a Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Journalism & Communication, or equivalent; and 6 years’ work experience in journalism, sub-editing or broadcasting; OR
- (ii)an accredited Associate Degree or an accredited Higher Diploma, preferably in Journalism & Communication, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 8 years’ relevant work experience; OR
- (iii)an accredited Diploma, preferably in Journalism & Communication, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 10 years’ relevant work experience; OR
- (iv)Level 3 or equivalent or above in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent [See Notes
- (1)& (2)]; or Grade E or above in 2 subjects at advanced level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3 / Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Notes
- (2)& (3)]; and 11 years’ relevant work experience; OR
- (v)Level 2 or equivalent or above in 5 subjects including English Language in the HKDSEE, or equivalent [See Note (1)]; or Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language in the HKCEE, or equivalent [See Note (3)]; and 12 years’ relevant work experience; AND
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 in English Language in the HKCEE / HKDSEE; or equivalent [See Note (3)].
Candidates who possess
- (i)excellent command of written and spoken English;
- (ii)good broadcasting voice;
- (iii)sound knowledge of public and current affairs; and
- (iv)skills in undertaking web publishing work, including handling text, photo, sound, video and social media
will have an advantage.
