報導、編輯新聞及主持新聞節目；製作新聞報告及與新聞有關的特備節目，以配合不同平台，包括電台、電視、手提電話和新聞網站的需要；協助通宵更編輯執行編輯、採訪及重寫新聞的工作；於晚間監察新聞動態及採訪突發事故。(註：受聘人須(1)不定時／通宵工作; 及／或(2)赴海外工作或留駐內地。)
職責
To report and edit news and host news programmes; produce news reports and news-related specials to meet the needs of various platforms, including radio, television, mobile phone and news website; assist the overnight editor in editing, gathering and rewriting news; monitoring news events and covering accidental events in the night time.
Note:
The post-holder is required to (1) work irregular hours/over-night shift; and/or (2) work overseas or station in the Mainland.

申請人必須 – <br>
- (a)
- (i)持有香港的大學所頒發學位，以主修新聞及傳播學為佳，或具備同等學歷；或 <br>
- (ii)持有香港的專上院校頒授經評審的副學士學位或獲認可的高級文憑，以主修新聞及傳播學為佳，或具備同等學歷；並具一年有關媒體／新聞的工作經驗；及 <br>
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具備同等成績 [請參閱註(1)]。 <br> <br>申請人如– <br>
- (i)能操流利廣東話及普通話； <br>
- (ii)具備悅耳廣播聲線； <br>
- (iii)擅於操作電腦及處理中文文書； <br>
- (iv)具備編寫國際新聞、財經新聞或體育新聞的工作經驗； <br>
- (v)熟悉社會時事；及／或 <br>
- (vi)具備管理社交網絡平台及專頁的工作經驗 <br>則更為理想。
Candidates should have - <br>
- (a)
- (i)a Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Journalism and Communication, or equivalent; OR <br>
- (ii)an accredited Associate Degree or an accredited Higher Diploma, preferably in Journalism and Communication, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 1 year’s media / journalistic experience; AND <br>
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination / Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (1)]. <br> <br>Candidates who have - <br>
- (i)fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua; <br>
- (ii)good broadcasting voice; <br>
- (iii)good command of computer and Chinese word-processing; <br>
- (iv)work experience in writing and editing international, financial or sports news stories; <br>
- (v)sound knowledge of current affairs; and/or <br>
- (vi)work experience in managing social media platforms and fan page <br>will have an advantage.
