Part-time Senior Project Coordinator (School Leadership and Professional Development) (EDB/PDT/335/19)
每小時$552 (每月需工作共70小時)
職責
(a) 透過訪校及舉辦學習網絡活動,為參與專業發展課程/活動的教師及校長提供專業支援,以協助他們執行有關計劃;
(b) 督導參與專業發展課程/活動的教師及校長在校推行校本教育研究/計劃,並撰寫評估報告;
(c) 搜集及整理參與專業發展課程/活動的教師及校長的成功經驗,並協助向學界推廣;
(d) 分析現時教師及校長專業發展的需要,協助策劃、統籌及主持創新的專業發展課程/活動;以及
(e) 執行其他獲指派的職務。

(a) To provide professional support to teachers and principals participating in professional development programmes/ activities through conducting school visits and learning network activities for the implementation of relevant projects;
(b) To supervise teachers and principals participating in professional development programmes/ activities in implementing the school-based educational research/ projects in schools, and to compose evaluation reports;
(c) To identify and consolidate good practices among teachers and principals participating in professional development programmes/ activities, and to disseminate the good practices to the education sector;
(d) To analyse the current professional development needs of teachers and principals with a view to assisting in the planning, co-ordinating and hosting of innovative professional development programmes/ activities; and
(e) To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港頒授的學士學位及持有香港專上教育機構頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;持有與教育相關的高級學位優先;
(b) 於取得學位後,具備不少於10年的教育工作經驗,其中具備最少3年在公營小學/中學擔任校長的經驗;具備為教師及校長提供專業發展訓練或推動專業發展的經驗者優先;以及
(c) 具備優良的中、英文寫作能力及良好的英語和廣東話口語能力。

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent; a higher degree in education preferred;
(b) At least 10 years' post-degree experience in education, of which at least 3 years should be in the capacity of a public sector primary/secondary school principal; experience of conducting professional development activities/ training OR fostering professional development for teachers and principals preferred; and
(c) Very good command of written English and Chinese; oral proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential.
