職責
An Assistant Supplies Officer is mainly deployed on serving in a departmental supplies unit performing purchasing and supply and related duties in departments or performing particular supplies duties in the Government Logistics Department.
入職條件
申請人須－
- (a)符合學歷要求
註(1)] ：
- (i)在香港中學文憑考試五科（包括中國語文科或英國語文科）考獲第3級或同等或以上成績，或同等學歷；或
- (ii)在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績，以及在香港中學會考另外三科（包括中國語文科或英國語文科）考獲第3級／C級或以上成績，或同等學歷；或
(b)持有香港理工學院／香港理工大學或香港浸會大學持續教育學院頒發主修採購及物料供應相關學科的文憑，或同等學歷；或
(c)持有香港物資採購與供銷學會和香港生產力促進局頒發的採購策略及供應鏈管理專業文憑，或同等學歷；
(d)符合語文能力要求
[註(1)] ，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等學歷；以及
(e)在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績

備註：(一) 上述(a)項的科目可包括中國語文科及英國語文科。
(二) 申請人須參加為投考助理物料供應主任而設的筆試並考獲及格成績。
Candidates should have –
- (a)met the qualification requirements
Note (1)] :
- (i)Level 3 or equivalent or above in five subjects (including either Chinese Language or English Language) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent; or
- (ii)attained Grade E or above in two subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3 / Grade C or above in three other subjects (including either Chinese Language or English Language) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; or
- (b)attained a Diploma in purchasing and supplies related subjects issued by the Hong Kong Polytechnic/Hong Kong Polytechnic University or the School of Continuing Education of the Hong Kong Baptist University, or equivalent; or
- (c)attained a Professional Diploma in Strategic Purchasing & Supply Chain Management issued by the Institute of Purchasing and Supply of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Productivity Council, or equivalent;
- (d)met the language proficiency requirements

- (e)a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST)

- (2)Candidates are required to sit for and pass the Assistant Supplies Officer written test.
入職條件(註)
- (1)政府在聘任公務員時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目（最多計算兩科）「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為不少於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目（最多計算兩科）「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績；2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）C級及E級的成績，會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。現時未具備入職條件(b)或(c)的學歷資格，但正修讀相關的大學學士學位並將於2025/26或2026/27學年內畢業的學生也可申請；他們須在申請書上註明畢業後可獲取的資格。上述申請人如獲錄用，必須分別於2025/26或2026/27學年內取得所需學歷資格才會獲得聘任。
- (2)政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是所有公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試或未曾在相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試。
