• (a)To oversee, coordinate and provide a wide range of administration and support services to the implementation of projects/ schemes/ initiatives relating to building management;
• (b)To assist, coordinate and liaise with users, parties and stakeholders of projects/ schemes/ initiatives relating to building management;
• (c)To conduct legal or independent background research and seek the advice of professionals and advisory bodies in other disciplines as well as government departments; and
• (d)To perform any other relevant duties as assigned by seniors.

Candidates should

• (a)
  • (i)be solicitors with at least 5 years’ professional experience since admission in a recognised jurisdiction as stipulated under Section 2A and Schedule 2 of the Legal Officers Ordinance or
  • (ii)be barristers with 4 years' professional experience since call to the Bar in a recognised jurisdiction as stipulated under Section 2A and Schedule 2 of the Legal Officers Ordinance;
• (b)have profound knowledge of the Building Management Ordinance (Cap. 344) and experience in handling building management cases;
• (c)met the the language proficiency requirement of Level 2 or above (Note) in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and
• (d)preference will be given to applicants who are accredited mediators; and/ or have experience/ qualification in mediation/ alternative dispute resolution.
