職責
負責律政司民事法律科有關民事訴訟及／或提供法律意見的工作，包括但不限於有關草擬商業文件、稅務、法定上訴委員會、紀律委員會、土地、建築物及規劃事宜。
To be deployed in the Civil Division of the Department of Justice to undertake litigation and/or advisory work on areas including but not limited to matters related to drafting and advising on commercial documents, taxation, statutory appeal boards, disciplinary boards, land, building and planning matters.
入職條件
申請人須(a)(i)在香港或《律政人員條例》第2A條及附表2所規定的任何一個認可司法管轄區內取得律師資格；或(ii)在香港或《律政人員條例》第2A條及附表2所規定的任何一個認可司法管轄區內取得大律師資格和全面執業權後，具備一年專業經驗；以及(b)在香港中學文憑試或香港中學會考的英國語文科和中國語文科成績達第2等級或以上，或具同等學歷(註：政府在聘任非公務員合約員工時，過往香港中學會考英國語文科(課程乙)和中國語文科E級的成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考英國語文科和中國語文科第2等級的成績)。
Candidates should (a)(i) be solicitors admitted in Hong Kong or any one of the recognised jurisdictions as stipulated under Section 2A and Schedule 2 of the Legal Officers Ordinance; or (ii) be barristers with one year’s professional experience since attaining the right to full practice in Hong Kong or any one of the recognised jurisdictions as stipulated under Section 2A and Schedule 2 of the Legal Officers Ordinance; and (b) have attained Level 2 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note: For non-civil service appointment purpose, Grade E in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language in the 2007 HKCEE or henceforth.).
入職條件(註)
(i)申請人如具備草擬商業文件及就有關文件提供法律意見、與法定上訴委員會及紀律委員會事宜有關的法律工作經驗、或就詮釋有關政府租契、第123章《建築物條例》、第131章《城市規劃條例》、第112章《税務條例》及第117章《印花稅條例》的條文提供法律意見的經驗，以及良好法律研究策略和技術，會獲優先考慮；(ii)獲取錄者如具備超過規定的認可工作經驗可能得到較高的薪金；以及(iii)有全面執業權，但在取得全面執業權後並無一年專業經驗的大律師亦可申請。如獲取錄，入職月薪為港幣61,170元。
