職責
1. 協助規劃及籌備擬訂於二零一九年十一月在香港舉行的第十八屆亞太區首席法官會議(“會議”),包括邀請嘉賓、制定節目程序及財政預算等;
2. 聯絡參加者,及回應參加者就有關會議流程安排的查詢及要求;
3. 負責聯絡及統籌司法機構為會議各項籌備工作而成立的工作小組;
4. 安排物品和服務採購,包括酒店住宿、餐飲膳食、社交活動、會議資訊錦囊製作等;聯絡及統籌各服務供應商/承包商以確保他們提供的服務符合要求;
5. 為與舉辦會議有關的工作會議提供秘書支援服務;以及
6. 在有需要時為上司提供行政支援服務。
(備註:獲聘者可能須不定時工作。)

1. To assist in planning and organising the 18th Conference of Chief Justices of Asia and the Pacific (“the Conference”) to be held in Hong Kong in November 2019 tentatively including guest invitation, programme development and budgeting, etc;
2. To liaise with the participants and attend to their enquiries and requests on the logistical arrangements for the Conference;
3. To liaise and coordinate with the different task groups formed within the Judiciary to look after different areas of work for the Conference;
4. To arrange procurement of goods and services for the Conference, including hotel accommodation, catering and social programmes, production of information folders and conference collaterals, etc; liaise and coordinate with various service providers/contractors to ensure their delivery of services are in accordance with the requirements;
5. To provide secretarial support to working meetings related to the organisation of the Conference; and
6. To provide other executive support for the senior officers as required.
(Remarks: The appointee may be required to work irregular hours.)

(e) 通曉一般電腦應用,包括Microsoft Word、Excel、Powerpoint及中文文書處理。

Candidates should have –
(a) a bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) an aggregate of at least 15 years’ post-qualification work experience in administration or event management at managerial / supervisory level. Extensive experience in event management in sizeable corporations or public, quasi-government bodies and/or the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government or experience in organising events involving Asia and the Pacific will be a clear asset;
(c) the ability to communicate effectively in Chinese and English and met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note) in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent;
(d) strong analytical power and good organisation, communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and effectively under tight schedule; and
(e) good knowledge in common computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint as well as Chinese word processing.

在聘任非公務員時,香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科C級或以上成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績,或香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科C級或以上成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。在 International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上,並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的申請人,在考試成績的兩年有效期內,其IELTS成績可獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。IELT考試成績必須在職位申請期內任何一日仍然有效。
