職責
經理(機構傳訊)負責推行家庭議會的宣傳策略和公眾教育項目,包括:
(a) 制訂家庭議會的形象和社交媒體宣傳策略,以推廣家庭核心價值和培養愛家庭文化;
(b) 負責家庭議會網站「開心家庭網絡」和Facebook專頁的日常運作、制訂宣傳策略和內容,並撰寫/編輯推廣電郵和電子通訊等宣傳資料,以提升瀏覽量和公衆參與度;
(c) 與持份者(包括其他機構和政府部門)合作,籌辦機構推廣活動;
(d) 負責公衆教育系列和宣傳品的採購和製作,包括監察服務供應商的表現;
(e) 為管理層草擬講稿、機構資訊和簡報資料等;以及
(f) 為家庭核心價值及家庭教育推廣小組委員會提供支援。

The Manager (Corporate Communications) will take up duties related to the implementation of corporate communication strategy and public education initiatives for the Family Council. He/She will be deployed to –
(a) develop the Family Council’s image building and social media strategy on promoting family core values and engendering a culture of loving families;
(b) oversee the daily operation of the Family Council website “Happy Family Info Hub” and facebook page, develop strategy, plan contents and write/edit promotional materials such as eDM and eNews to increase traffic and engagement;
(c) manage corporate relations events in collaboration with various stakeholders including external organisations and other government bureaux/departments;
(d) oversee the procurement and production of education packages and publicity materials/items including monitoring the performance of service contractors/providers;
(e) prepare corporate communications materials such as speeches, corporate messages, presentation materials for senior management; and
(f) assist in providing logistical support to the Sub-committee on the Promotion of Family Core Values and Family Education.

(b) 在香港中學文憑考試/香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科均考獲「第三級」或以上成績,或具同等學歷[註(1)];
(c) 在取得上述學歷後,具備最少六年全職企業傳訊、公共關係、管理社交媒體或宣傳相關的工作經驗。具政府或公營機構的相關經驗者佔優;
(d) 具備良好講寫能力和精通電腦應用程式;以及
(e) 具備良好分析能力、創意及市場觸覺,項目策劃和統籌能力、熟練的人際技巧,並能獨立工作。

Applicants should have -
(a) a degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) attained “Level 3” or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE)/ Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [see Note 1 below];
(c) a minimum of 6 years’ full-time post-qualification working experience in corporate communications, public relations, social media administration or publicity related field. Relevant experience in the Government or public organisations is preferred;
(d) good verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in computer usage; and
(e) good analytical power, creativity and sense of market trend, competency in project planning and management, tactful interpersonal skill, and ability to work independently.
