職責
(a) 進行調查,從食物安全角度了解一般市民和特定對象(如食物從業員)就抗菌素耐藥性和抗菌素應用方面的認識、態度和行為,從而訂立抗菌素耐藥性的風險傳達策略;
(b) 就食物安全的宣傳資料進行研究、提供技術支援、推廣並作評估,及透過不同通訊平台及工具(例如WhatsApp、Instagram和Facebook等社交媒體)作公眾健康教育;
(c) 協助制定和實施宣傳工作,提高公眾和業界在處理食物時應用「食物安全五要點」和良好衞生規範的意識;
(d) 與服務供應商保持聯繫,以設計和執行與食物安全相關的推廣活動,包括抗菌素耐藥性和營養標籤的宣傳推廣計劃;
(e) 定期檢視食物安全中心網站內風險傳達的內容,並徵詢相關人員的意見,適時更新網頁內容;
(f) 為特定對象(如學生或患有慢性疾病的市民),進行學校和社區的營養標籤推廣計劃;以及
(g) 執行上級指派的任何其他職務。
(註:或須不定時工作。)

(a) To monitor knowledge, attitude and practice towards antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and antimicrobial use, from the perspective of food safety, among general public and target populations (e.g. food handlers) by surveys, with a view to developing AMR risk communication strategies;
(b) To conduct research, provide technical support, promulgate and evaluate food safety publicity information and public health education through various communication platforms and tools (e.g. social media including WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook);
(c) To assist in formulating and implementing promotion works for raising awareness among the public and the trade in applying the Five Keys to Food Safety / Good Hygiene Practices when handling food;
(d) To liaise with service vendors on designing and executing promotion campaigns related to food safety, including foodborne AMR and nutritional labelling;
(e) To review the risk communication contents of Centre for Food Safety website regularly, and renew the contents as appropriate through seeking inputs from corresponding officers;
(f) To conduct school-based and community-based health promotion projects for the use of nutrition labels for target audience, e.g. students and people with chronic diseases; and
(g) To perform any other duties assigned by senior officers.

(a) (i)持有本港大學頒發的食物科學╱食物科技╱營養科學╱營養治療學╱食物毒理學╱食物微生物學╱食物生物科技╱公共衞生╱流行病學與生物統計學╱應用科學或自然科學(相關的動物學或農業學科,或同類學科)理學碩士學位,或具同等學歷;或(ii)持有本港大學頒發的食物科學╱食物科技╱營養科學╱營養治療學╱食物毒理學╱食物微生物學╱食物生物科技╱公共衞生╱流行病學與生物統計學╱應用科學或自然科學(相關的動物學或農業學科,或同類學科)學士學位,或具同等學歷,並在取得學位後,具備兩年相關的全職工作經驗[註(1)];以及
(b) (i)在香港中學文憑考試中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績,或具同等學歷;或(ii)在香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級∕E級或以上成績[註(2)],或具同等學歷。
