職責
(1) 管理資訊科技系統的研發及維修保養工作，包括分析及設計、系統測試、用戶驗收測試、數據轉換、用戶培訓和生產支援；
(2) 進行電腦硬件、軟件及技術的評估工作；
(3) 統籌有關購置、安裝及維修保養電腦硬件及軟件的採購工作；
(4) 確保資訊科技系統的研發及維修保養工作保持優質水平；
(5) 在系統推行工作中協調用戶、承辦商及其他相關人士；
(6) 為研發資訊科技應用系統進行所需的系統分析、設計及程式編製工作；
(7) 為終端用戶提供資訊科技培訓；以及
(8) 擬備、審核和更新程序、標準和報告等文件記錄。

(1) To manage the system development and maintenance activities including analysis and design, system testing, user acceptance testing, data conversion, user training and production support of Information Technology (IT) systems;
(2) To perform the evaluation of computer hardware, software and technologies;
(3) To coordinate the procurement for acquisition, installation and maintenance of computer hardware and software;
(4) To ensure high quality in the development and maintenance activities of IT systems;
(5) To coordinate with users, contractors and other concerned parties on the system implementation activities;
(6) To undertake system analysis, design and programming duties for the development of IT applications;
(7) To provide IT training to end users; and
(8) To prepare, examine and update documentations, including procedures, standards and reports.

入職條件
(1) 持有本地大學頒授的資訊科技或電腦學學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
(2) 取得上述學歷資格後，累積不少於五年資訊科技行業的工作經驗，當中最少三年須從事大型資訊科技應用系統的設計、推行和維修保養的工作，而有關系統涉及複雜的工作邏輯及多個系統界面；
(3) 必須具備使用Java／Oracle／SQL Server／HTML5等技術研發適應性網頁應用程式的工作經驗；
(4) 擁有從事郵政或物流行業的資訊科技應用系統研發工作經驗者將獲優先考慮；
(5) 曾在資訊科技應用系統研發和維修保養方面具備完善程序和標準的大型資訊科技部門任職者將獲優先考慮；
(6) 擁有iOS／Android流動應用程式研發工作經驗者將獲優先考慮；
(7) 具備良好的人際溝通和游說技巧，能有效令各持份者採納資訊科技方案，以達到業務和營運目標；
(8) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（2007年以前應為「課程乙」）取得第2等級（2007年以前應為「E級」）或以上成績，或具備同等成績；
(9) 履歷表須按時序列出過往的工作經驗和具備的相關技能及經驗；
(10) 具備良好的中、英文會話和書寫能力，以及良好的人際溝通技巧；以及
(11) 勤奮進取，具備良好的分析和解難能力。

(1) A Hong Kong bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Studies, or equivalent;
(2) A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification working experience in the IT field, of which a minimum of 3 years should be in design, implementation and maintenance of large-scale IT applications with complicated business logics and multiple system interfaces;
(3) Working experience in Responsive Web Application Development using Java/Oracle/SQL Server/HTML5 is a must;
(4) Working experience in IT application development of postal or logistics business is preferred;
(5) Working experience in a large IT department with well established procedures and standards on IT application development and maintenance is preferred;
(6) Working experience in iOS/Android mobile application development is preferred;
(7) Good interpersonal and persuasive skills in managing multiple stakeholders to adopt IT solutions effectively to meet business and operational targets;
(8) Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(9) Resume must be listed with career history and relevant skills and experience in chronological order;
(10) Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English and good interpersonal skills; and
(11) Diligent with great initiative and good analytical and problem solving abilities.
