職責
合約助理經理的主要職責是協助執行財務科的行政職務，包括
(a) 檢討有關的程序/訓令及進行工作研究﹔
(b) 更新網頁資料及發展與維持知識管理樞紐﹔
(c) 答覆公眾的查詢﹔及
(d)協調及安排訓練課程。

A Contract Assistant Manager is mainly deployed on assisting in carrying out administrative duties of Finance Branch including
(a) the reviewing of procedures/instructions and conducting researches;
(b) updating the websites and the development and maintenance of the knowledge management hub;
(c) answering public enquiries; and
(d) coordinating and arranging training courses.

入職條件
申請人必須
(a)持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷(註1)﹔
(b)在取得有關學歴後，具備最少5年在大型機構負責督導定立及檢討程序的全職工作經驗。如具備與公共事業，發單/收款/財務系統及客戶服務有關的工作經驗，會獲優先考慮﹔
(c)通曉中、英文。申請人須符合語文能力的要求，即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷（中文運用及英文運用）取得二級成績，或具備同等成績(註2)﹔
(d)通曉電腦應用軟件的使用，包括中英文文書處理(MS Word)，試算表(MS Excel)及投影片簡報(MS PowerPoint)等﹔
(e)如具備帶領進行工作研究的經驗更佳﹔及
(f)具備良好的溝通及人際關係技巧。

Candidates should have :
(a) a bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent (Note 1) ;
(b) at least 5 years' relevant post-qualification full-time supervisory experience in reviewing or setting up procedures in large organisations. Preference will be given if he/she has working experience in utilities companies and the related knowledge of operations and procedures of billing/collection/financial systems and customer services;
(c) a good command of both Chinese and English and have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the CRE, or equivalent (Note 2);
(d) proficiency in computer knowledge and skills in the use of the general application software, including Chinese and English Word Processing, Excel and Powerpoint;
(e) preferably with experiences in conducting researches; and
(f) good communication and interpersonal skills.

香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科C級或以上的成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) English Language科C級或以上的成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。
在International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的人士，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，其IELTS成績可獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內（即2018年10月26日至11月9日）其中任何一日仍然有效。
