The post incumbent is responsible for assisting in the continuous development of the District Health Centres (DHCs) and District Health Centre (DHC) Express, conducting site visits to ensure the satisfactory performance of the DHCs and DHC Express, providing information and collecting professional inputs from relevant parties for the development of new DHC services, providing inputs on the service standards and guidelines of DHCs and DHC Express, providing input to the preparation of documents of DHC operation service contracts and DHC Express proposals and reviewing incident reports and responding to requests by DHC/ DHC Express operators for support on incident handling.

Candidates should possess – <br>

• (a)a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent in health care related professions or social work; <br>
• (b)holder of a valid Registered Nurse practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong, a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the relevant Board under the Supplementary Medical Professions council of Hong Kong, or a valid certificate of registration issued by the Social Workers Registration Board if applicable; <br>
• (c)five-year full-time post-qualification work experience in the area of public healthcare, preferably in the field of primary or community service; and <br>
• (d)a good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
