Senior Information Technology Officer (Web Applications)

職責
1. 進行業務及系統要求研究，設計及分析一站式網站、應用系統及數據庫並執行方案;
2. 於開發程式期間提供技術上的建議及支援，並參與測試，以確保程式的運作安全、穩定和容易使用;
3. 與資訊科技服務供應商聯繫，並監察其表現及項目進度;
4. 預備技術建議書、規格及編撰文書;
5. 監督內部及外判的開發人員;
6. 進行品質保證及開發應用系統; 及
7. 為網站內容管理系統、網上程式及其他有關資訊科技的工作提供行政及技術上的支援。
[備註:效率促進辦公室的網上應用系統包括但不限於1823網站、效率促進辦公室網站、一般管理顧問服務網站及政府青少年網站。]

1. Conduct business and system requirement study, design and analysis of the web portal, application, database and implement the solution;
2. Provide technical advice and support during the application development and participate in application testing to ensure the web portal and application are secure, user-friendly and stable;
3. Liaise with external IT service providers and monitor the project progress and performance;
4. Prepare technical proposal, specification and system document;
5. Supervise in-house or outsourced developers;
6. Perform quality assurance and application development; and
7. Provide administration and technical support for Web Content Management System, web application and other IT-related duties.
[Remarks: EffO web applications include but not limited to 1823 website, EffO website, General Management Consultancy Services Portal, SIE Fund website and Youth Portal.]

入職條件
申請人必須:
1. 持有香港頒授的計算機科學/資訊科技/訊息工程學位，或同等學歷；
2. 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等學歷 (2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績)；
3. 在取得學位後，累積最少5年資訊科技的全職相關工作經驗;
4. 在以下的其中一個或兩個範疇，累積最少3年的實際全職工作經驗：
(i) 執行及管理網站及／或網上應用系統；
(ii) 處理業務要求、系統設計及分析，以及測試應用系統；
5. 在以下的軟件及技術，累積最少3年的實際全職工作經驗(請就個別軟件／技術，註明所累積的經驗的年期，例如：Java[3年]、Microsoft SQL Server[3.5年])：
(a) Java；
(b) Microsoft SQL Server；以及
(c) 適應性網頁設計；
以及
6. 對使用企業級別的網站內容管理系統具備經驗者，及／或具有在為政府／大型企業／大型組織推行網站發展計劃的經驗者佔優。

(a) Java；
(b) Microsoft SQL Server；以及
(c) 適應性網頁設計；
以及
6. 對使用企業級別的網站內容管理系統具備經驗者，及／或具有在為政府／大型企業／大型組織推行網站發展計劃的經驗者佔優。
Candidates should have :
1. obtained a Hong Kong bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Engineering;
2. obtained Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (for appointment purpose, “Grade E” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 2” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth);
3. at least 5 years’ post-qualification full-time relevant working experience in Information Technology;
4. at least 3 years’ full-time hands-on experience in either or both of the following areas:
(i) implementing and managing web portals and/or web applications;
(ii) conducting business requirement, system design and analysis, and application testing;
5. at least 3 years’ full-time hands-on experience in the following software and technologies (please state the length of hands-on experience against applicable items (e.g. Java [3 years], Microsoft SQL Server [3.5 years])):
(a) Java;
(b) Microsoft SQL Server; and
(c) Responsive web design;
And
6. candidates who have knowledge in enterprise grade web content management system (please specify the product(s) used) and/or experience in implementing web development projects for the government / large corporation / large organisation will possess an advantage.
