- (a)協助管理1823的各類應用系統，包括CRM/個案管理系統、關聯資料庫(Oracle及MS SQL)、數據倉庫(SAS, DTS及SSIS)、報表產生(Crystal Report, Excel VBA)等；
- (b)為推行新系統及改進現有系統提供專案管理；
- (c)進行用戶要求分析及變更管理；
- (d)管理外判承辦商之表現；
- (e)協助管理支援隊伍，向內部及外部之用戶提供支援服務，監察及優化系統表現；
- (f)設計各類系統維護及支援的程序，編寫各類技術及用戶文檔；
- (g)向用戶提供訓練；
- (h)執行資訊科技相關的政策及其他資訊科技工作；及
- (i)或須於通宵、星期六、日或公眾假期期間不定時工作，亦須在惡劣天氣(包括颱風及黑色暴雨)期間工作。
職責
- (a)to assist in managing 1823 application systems, including CRM/Case Management System, RDBMS (Oracle and MS SQL), data warehousing (SAS, DTS and SSIS), reporting tools (Crystal Report, Excel VBA), etc;
- (b)to manage project for new system implementation and enhancement to existing systems;
- (c)to perform user requirement analysis and change control;
- (d)to manage the performance of outsourced contractors;
- (e)to assist in managing the system support team for providing system support services for internal and external users; and to monitor and optimize system performance;
- (f)to design maintenance and support procedures, to prepare technical and end-user documentation;
- (g)to provide training to end-users;
- (h)to execute relevant IT policies and perform other IT-related duties; and
- (i)may be required to work at overnight, and irregular hours during weekdays as well as public holidays, and in inclement weather such as during typhoon and black rainstorm.
入職條件
- (a)
- (i)持有本港大學頒發的資訊科技、資訊系統、計算機科學、工程或相關學科學位，或具備同等學歷，並累積兩年有關應用系統開發/支援的全職工作經驗；或
- (ii)持有香港經評審的資訊科技、資訊系統、計算機科學、工程或相關學科的文憑或高級證書，或具備同等學歷，並累積三年有關應用系統開發/支援的全職工作經驗；
- (b)具管理或開發關聯資料庫實際工作經驗，具Oracle、MS SQL或mySQL工作經驗者優先；
- (c)操流利英語和粵語；及
- (d)擁有良好的溝通和人際關係技巧，並具備分析能力。
- (a)
- (i)a Hong Kong degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent, and 2 years’ full time working experience in application systems development/support, or
- (ii)a Hong Kong accredited Diploma or High Certificate in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent, and 3 years’ full time working experiences in application systems development/support;
- (b)working experience in managing and developing RDBMS; experience with Oracle, MS SQL or mySQL is preferred;
- (c)good command of spoken English and Cantonese; and
- (d)good communication, inter-personal and analytical skills.
