職責
高級註冊藥劑師的主要職責為 —
(a) 統籌政府疫苗接種計劃的疫苗採購工作，督導部屬人員遵守政府的採購規例；
(b) 監督疫苗的物流安排，確保疫苗的安全性、效力和質量；
(c) 實施關於疫苗接種計劃的疫苗供應應變計劃；
(d) 就疫苗接種計劃所用疫苗檢討其使用及耗費情況；以及
(e) 協助各級首長級人員制訂疫苗接種計劃和媒體通訊方案。
(備註：可能須要執行隨時候召職務或在正常辦公時間以外工作。)

A Registered Senior Pharmacist is mainly deployed on -
(a) coordinating vaccines procurement for the Government vaccination programmes and supervising subordinates to follow the Government procurement regulations;
(b) overseeing the logistic arrangement of vaccines and ensuring the safety, efficacy and quality of vaccines;
(c) implementing contingency plans for vaccination programme relating to vaccine supply;
(d) reviewing vaccines usage and wastage during the vaccination programme; and
(e) assisting directorate grade levels in formulating the vaccination programme and media communication.
(Remark: May be required to perform on-call duties or work outside normal office hours.)

入職條件
申請人必須 —
(a) 已向根據《藥劑業及毒藥條例》(第138章)設立的香港藥劑業及毒藥管理局註冊；
(b) 持有香港藥劑業及毒藥管理局發出的有效執業證明書；
(c) 具備註冊後最少五年相關工作經驗(註1)；以及
(d) 符合語文能力要求，即在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)中取得“一級”或以上成績，或具同等成績(註2)，以及能以粵語╱中文及英語溝通。
申請人如具備採購和管理疫苗的工作經驗，可獲優先考慮。

(b) 持有香港藥劑業及毒藥管理局發出的有效執業證明書；

Candidates should -
(a) be registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Hong Kong established under the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, Chapter 138;
(b) hold a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Hong Kong;
(c) have at least five years’ relevant post-registration experience (Note 1); and
(d) have met the language proficiency requirements of ‘Level 1’ or above results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (“CRE”) or equivalent (Note 2), and be able to communicate in Cantonese / Chinese and English.
Candidates who have previous working experience in vaccines procurement and management will have an advantage.

(c) 香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科“C”級或以上和“D”級的成績分別會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的“二級”和“一級”成績。香港高級程度會考英語運用科或英國普通教育文憑高級程度考試(“GCE A Level”)英國語文科“C”級或以上和“D”級的成績則分別會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的“二級”和“一級”成績。
(d) 在國際英語水平測試(“IELTS”)學術模式整體分級取得6.5分或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6分的人士，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會視為已符合高級註冊藥劑師職位的英語能力要求。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內(即2024年7月12日至2024年7月25日)其中任何一日仍然有效。
