- (1)協助香港郵政的場地進行裝修、維修保養、翻新、改建及加建工程，包括擬備圖則、修葺及翻新工程時間表和費用預算； <br>
- (2)採購和管理顧問協議、工程合約和維修保養工程定期合約； <br>
- (3)監督和核證顧問公司和承建商提交的付款申請； <br>
- (4)監督和管理顧問公司、承建商和其他工程代理的表現；以及 <br>
- (5)督導工程和工地監督人員。
職責
- (1)To assist in the fitting-out, maintenance, renovation of and alterations and additions to Hongkong Post venues including the preparation of drawings, schedule of repairs and renovation, and estimates; <br>
- (2)To procure and administer consultant agreements, works contracts and maintenance term contracts; <br>
- (3)To monitor and certify payment applications submitted by consultants and contractors; <br>
- (4)To monitor and manage the performance of consultants, contractors and other works agents; and <br>
- (5)To supervise works and site supervisory staff.
入職條件
- (1)為香港測量師學會建築測量組的正式會員或具備同等資格；或為香港建築師學會的會員或具備同等資格； <br>
- (2)並在取得上述資格後累積一年有關工作經驗； <br>
- (3)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（2007年以前為「課程乙」）取得第2等級（2007年以前為「E級」）或以上成績，或同等成績； <br>
- (4)擁有政府樓宇維修保養定期合約工作經驗者將獲優先考慮； <br>
- (5)具備良好的中、英文會話和書寫能力，並熟悉電腦操作； <br>
- (6)具備良好的組織、分析、人際及項目策劃／項目管理技巧；以及 <br>
- (7)勤奮進取，並具備良好的分析和解難能力。
- (1)Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) in the Building Surveying Division, or equivalent; or Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) or equivalent; <br>
- (2)At least one year’s appropriate post-qualification working experience; <br>
- (3)Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; <br>
- (4)Preference will be given to candidates with experience in government building maintenance term contracts; <br>
- (5)Good verbal and written communication skills and high proficiency in computer usage; <br>
- (6)Good organisation, analytical, interpersonal, project planning/project management skills; and <br>
- (7)Diligent, with great initiative and good analytical and problem solving abilities.
