職責
(a)負責統籌及領導有關策劃、發展及檢討高中通識教育課程的工作;
(b)督導和策劃有關課程的推行,包括製作課程資源,以幫助通識教育課程的銜接和推展;
(c)策劃、組織和舉辦教師培訓課程,以配合課程的實施;
(d)發展及評審相關教學資源;
(e)參與各項與通識教育課程發展方向有關的研究及發展項目,包括試驗課程模式,及改善教學策略等;
(f)策劃、組織和推行學生學習活動,以促進通識教育的學習;
(g)與香港考試及評核局及其他組織/機構協作,以確保評估配合課程;以及
(h)執行被委派的其他職務。

(a) To co-ordinate and lead the planning, development and review of the curriculum relating to Senior Secondary Liberal Studies;
(b) To supervise and plan the dissemination of the above curricula, including the production of curriculum resource materials to facilitate the implementation of the above curriculum and its interface with the junior secondary curriculum;
(c) To plan, organise and conduct professional development programmes in support of the implementation of the above curriculum;
(d) To develop and review related resource materials;
(e) To participate in research and development projects in relation to the curriculum development of the Liberal Studies, including piloting of curriculum models and the enhancement of teaching and learning strategies, etc.;
(f) To plan, organise and conduct student learning activities to promote the learning of Liberal Studies;
(g) To collaborate with the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority and other bodies/organisations to ensure alignment between curriculum and assessment for the curriculum; and
(h) To perform any other duties as assigned.

入職條件
(a)持有香港所頒授主修通識教育、中國歷史、歷史或地理的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;以及持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷[參閱備註(ii)];
(b)符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷[中文運用及英文運用]中取得「二級」成績,或具備同等成績[參閱備註(iii)];
(c)在取得上述(a)的學歷後,具備有不少於10年在中學教學及/或中學課程發展的經驗,當中具備不少於完成教授兩屆中學文憑試通識教育課程的教學經驗[參閱備註(iv)];
(d)對通識教育課程及本地教育制度有豐富知識;以及
(e)申請人如具備與課程發展及/或教育管理有關的高等學位,如碩士或博士學位,或具備同等學歷,可獲優先考慮。

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree majoring in Liberal Studies, Chinese History, History or Geography, or equivalent; and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [see Note (ii)];
(b) Met the language proficiency requirements of 'Level 2' results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [see Note (iii)];
(c) At least 10 years' relevant post-qualification [as specified in (a)] experience in teaching in secondary school and/or curriculum development in secondary school, among which at least 2 completed cohorts should be of teaching experience in Liberal Studies of the HKDSEE [see Note (iv)];
(d) Possess sound knowledge in Liberal Studies curriculum and the local education system; and
(e) Preference will be given to candidates who possess a higher degree (e.g. a second/higher degree) related to curriculum development and / or educational management, or equivalent.

入職條件(註)
(i)高級課程主任(通識教育)職位的申請日期為2019年8月23日(星期五)至2019年9月6日(星 期五)。
(ii)申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。申請人如有其他學歷(例如有關科目的碩士或博士學位),亦須一併在申請表上列明。
(iii)綜合招聘考試的中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」,並以「二級」為最高等級。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科「第5級」或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科「第5級」或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) English Language科「C」級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。 在International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上,並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績,在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
(iv)申請人須述明於取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質。
(v)為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣,教育局會測試所有應徵課程主任職位人士的《基本法》知識。申請人在基本法測試的表現會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重。
