- (a)協助研究和檢討香港現行的中藥規管制度； <br>
- (b)協助就規管中藥方面與內地和海外藥品規管當局聯絡和舉行會議； <br>
- (c)負責中成藥註冊的審核及向下屬提供相關的專業支援； <br>
- (d)協助就«中醫藥條例»附表1和2的任何修訂編寫報告； <br>
- (e)協助就中成藥有關毒性，穩定性和品質標準等編寫報告； <br>
- (f)鑒別中藥材及檢查其品質，及向下屬提供相關的專業支援； <br>
- (g)協助為執行中藥規管的人員制定和提供適當的培訓；及 <br>
- (h)負責上司指派的其他職責。 <br> <br>[備註：可能須輪班及不定時工作。]
職責
- (a)To assist in studying and reviewing Hong Kong existing regulatory system of Chinese medicines; <br>
- (b)To assist in liaison and holding of meetings with Mainland and overseas drug regulatory authorities for the control of Chinese medicines; <br>
- (c)To be responsible for assessment of registration of proprietary Chinese medicines and provide professional support to subordinates on related matters; <br>
- (d)To assist in preparing reports regarding any amendments to Schedules 1 and 2 of the Chinese Medicine Ordinance; <br>
- (e)To assist in preparing reports regarding toxicity, stability, quality specification, etc of the proprietary Chinese medicines; <br>
- (f)To identify Chinese herbal medicines and assess their quality, and provide relevant professional support to subordinates; <br>
- (g)To assist in planning and providing necessary training to the professional staff for the enforcement of the regulations on Chinese medicines; and <br>
- (h)To carry out any other duties as assigned by seniors. <br> <br>[Remark: May be required to work shift and irregular hours.]
入職條件
申請人必須 – <br>
- (a)持有(i)香港任何一所大學頒授的中藥學學士學位，或同等學歷；或(ii)中華人民共和國教育部註冊的中醫藥大學頒授的中藥系學士學位，或同等學歷； <br>
- (b)對(i)審核及評估中成藥的品質，安全及成效，及╱或(ii)鑒別中藥材及其品質，及╱或
- (iii)研究與發展中藥的標準，及╱或(iv)執行中藥規管具兩年或以上的實際工作經驗 (見註1)；及 <br>
- (c)能書寫流暢中英文﹝能操流利普通話的申請人可獲優先考慮 (見註2)﹞。
Candidates should have – <br>
- (a)
- (i)a Bachelor degree in Pharmacy in Chinese Medicine from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; or
- (ii)a Bachelor degree from a university registered under the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China with main stream in Chinese medicines, or equivalent; <br>
- (b)at least 2 years practical working experience in
- (i)assessment and evaluation of quality, safety and efficacy of proprietary Chinese medicine, and/ or
- (ii)identifying and classifying different Chinese herbal medicines and their quality (see Note 1), and/ or
- (iii)research and development of standards of Chinese medicines, and/ or
- (iv)enforcement of regulations on Chinese medicines; and <br>
- (c)possess good written Chinese and English skills (preference would be given to candidates with good command in Putonghua (see Note 2)).
