• (a)to conduct research and analysis on housing- and transport-related issues, including social media research;
• (b)to liaise with government departments, local/overseas universities, think tanks and research organisations as appropriate;
• (c)to help prepare presentations, briefs, speeches and reports;
• (d)to help organise meetings with stakeholders; and
• (e)to perform other duties as required by the Bureau.

Candidates should :-

• (a)have a bachelor or master degree, preferably in the social sciences, communication or languages from a local or overseas university, or equivalent; and a minimum of 3 years of full-time post-qualification working experience in public affairs, policy research, journalism or new media;
• (b)have level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE or HKCEE, or Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007, or proven proficiency in written Chinese and English in the form of published work;
• (c)have good understanding of political and/or community affairs;
• (d)have strong communication, organisational and presentation skills; and
• (e)be self-motivated, mature and able to work independently; and prepared to work irregular hours.
