- (1)就專題研究和分析（例如香港、內地和國際財經事務相關事宜），提供研究支援； <br>
- (2)協助執行公眾參與的活動； <br>
- (3)協助擬備演辭、刊物、宣傳物品和文稿； <br>
- (4)分析社交媒體平台（包括但不限於Facebook、Instagram、YouTube、LinkedIn等）反映的民情； <br>
- (5)協助製作及設計財經事務及庫務局的社交媒體平台內容；為社交媒體平台帖文製作影片及拍照；協助執行與財經事務及庫務局社交媒體平台相關的宣傳活動；及 <br>
- (6)執行其他獲委派的職務。 <br> <br>工作時間及地點視乎局方的運作需要而定。獲錄用者或需(a)不定時及超時工作，包括晚上、週末和周日及公眾假期；以及(b)在戶外工作。
職責
- (1)To provide research support in respect of the production of analysis on specific topics, for example, matters related to local, Mainland and international financial development; <br>
- (2)To assist in implementing social engagement exercises; <br>
- (3)To assist in preparing speeches, publications, publicity materials and articles; <br>
- (4)To analyse public sentiments on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.; <br>(5)To assist in providing contents to be used on social media platforms of FSTB; designing graphical contents of the social media platforms; producing video contents and taking photos for posts to the social media platforms; as well as assisting in publicity activities related to the social media platforms of FSTB; and <br>
- (6)To perform any other duties as directed by senior officers. <br> <br>Successful candidate may be required to work on shifts or irregular hours, or perform on-call or standby duties having regard to operational needs.

申請人須 – <br>
- (1)擁有本地大學頒授的新聞學、傳理學或政治研究學士學位，或具同等學歷； <br>
- (2)在取得有關學歷後，具備最少三年媒體／新聞／公共關係／公共事務全職工作經驗； <br>
- (3)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科取得第3級［見註］或以上成績，或具備同等成績； <br>
- (4)具備良好的研究技巧，包括運用網上資源； <br>
- (5)熟悉社交媒體管理及研究工具和網上資源，具備運作社交媒體帳戶／專頁作商業用途的經驗者優先； <br>
- (6)熟悉製作及設計社交媒體帖文內容及精通應用軟件（包括MS Word），以及熟悉攝影、圖像設計及影片編輯軟件者優先；及 <br>
- (7)對財經事務政策有相當認識者優先。
The applicant should have – <br>
- (1)a recognised bachelor degree in journalism or communication or political studies from a local university, or equivalent; <br>
- (2)at least 3 years’ full-time post-qualification media/ journalistic/ public relations/ public affairs experience; <br>
- (3)attained Level 3 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) / Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; <br>
- (4)effective research skills, including the use of online resources; <br>
- (5)good knowledge in social media management and research tools, online resources, experience in operating social media accounts/ pages for business use would be an advantage; <br>
- (6)good knowledge in creating and designing social media post content and proficiency in application software including MS Word, and good knowledge in photography, graphic design and video editing software would be an advantage; and <br>
- (7)good knowledge and understanding of financial policy would be an advantage.
