二級會計主任主要調派執行會計或相關職務，例如財務會計、成本及管理會計、系統發展、內部稽核、會計調查、基金／貸款管理、津貼／資助計劃的財務監察及管理等工作。
職責
An Accounting Officer II is mainly deployed on performing accounting or related duties such as financial accounting, cost and management accounting, system development, internal audit, investigatory accounting, fund/loan management, financial monitoring and management of subvention/funding schemes, etc.
入職條件
申請人必須 ─ <br>
- (a)
- (i)持有本港大學頒授的會計學學士學位，或具備同等學歷；或 <br>
- (ii)為香港會計師公會專業資格課程的註冊學生並已完成該課程的基礎級別課程，或具備同等資格； <br>
- (b)在綜合招聘考試的能力傾向測試中取得「及格」成績

(c)符合以下語文能力要求：在綜合招聘考試的英文運用試卷和中文運用試卷中分別取得「二級」和「一級」成績，或在其他考試取得同等成績
[註一] ；以及操流利粵語及英語。 <br> <br>招聘考試：申請人必須參加暫定於二零二零年十月十一日在香港舉行的筆試，並須在有關筆試取得及格成績，方可能獲邀請參加遴選面試。該筆試為英文寫作試卷，目的是評估申請人的撰寫及組織能力。 <br> <br>由於審核所有申請需時，申請人獲邀請參加筆試並不表示已符合二級會計主任的入職條件。 鑒於2019冠狀病毒病疫情不斷變化，庫務署或會視乎情況延後筆試。倘筆試延後，有關消息會在庫務署網站發佈。
Candidates should - <br>
- (a)
- (i)have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; or <br>
- (ii)be a registered student of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Qualification Programme (QP) and have completed the Associate Level of QP, or equivalent; <br>
- (b)have a ‘pass’ result in the Aptitude Test in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE)

- (c)have met the language proficiency requirements of ‘Level 2’ result in the Use of English paper and ‘Level 1’ result in the Use of Chinese paper in the CRE, or equivalent
Note 1] ; and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English. <br> <br>Recruitment Examination : Candidates are required to pass a written examination to be held tentatively on 11 October 2020 in Hong Kong before they will be further considered for selection interviews. The written examination is an English essay-type writing paper which aims at assessing candidates’ proficiency in written communication and organisation abilities. <br> <br>As it takes time to process all applications, an invitation to the written examination does not imply that the candidate’s qualifications meet the entry requirements of the post of Accounting Officer II. In the light of the evolving situation with COVID-19, the Treasury may defer the written examination if the situation warrants. If the written examination is deferred, announcement will be made on the website of the Treasury.

註一：能力傾向測試的考生成績分為「及格」或「不及格」，而中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績則分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。 <br>以下考試成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試的英文運用試卷的「二級」成績：
- (a)香港中學文憑考試英國語文科「第5級」或以上成績；(b)香港高級程度會考英語運用科「C」級或以上成績(或同等成績)或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科「C」級或以上的成績； 及
- (c)International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 學術模式整體分級6.5或以上(同一次考試中各項個別分級的成績須不低於6)。而該IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內（即由2020年8月14日至2020年8月28日）仍然有效。 <br>以下考試成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試的中文運用試卷的「一級」成績：
- (a)香港中學文憑考試中國語文科「第4級」或以上成績；及
- (b)香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「D」級或以上的成績。 <br> <br>註二：為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，政府會測試應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識。申請人在基本法測試的表現會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重。 <br> <br>註三：以下的申請均不獲考慮（a）申請人未能符合入職條件（包括綜合招聘考試成績及學歷要求）；（b）申請表格資料及/或所需證明文件不全或庫務署未能在截止日期或之前收到該申請或所需證明文件；及（c）以傳真或電郵方式遞交的申請。
