• 1.To undertake research and prepare research papers on public policies; <br>2. To draft articles and speeches; <br>3. To draft replies to public enquiries; <br>4. To manage social media platform; <br>5. To assist in the conduct of community engagement exercises; <br>6. To assist in liaising with Government bureaux/ departments, community organisations, and other stakeholders, as appropriate; and <br>7. To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Candidates should have- <br> <br>

• (a)a bachelor degree preferably in social sciences, journalism, communication, marketing, public administration or other related disciplines from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; and a minimum of five years’ full-time post-qualification working experience; <br>
• (b)at least four years of research experience in the area of public policies with good track records [See Note (1)]; <br>
• (c)excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills, self-motivation, ability to work independently and responsibly; <br>
• (d)good understanding of the government system and community affairs; experience in liaising with community/ youth organisations would be an advantage; <br>
• (e)effective research skills, including the use of online resources; experience in writing up research reports would be an advantage; <br>
• (f)good knowledge in social media platforms and research tools; experience in managing social media accounts/page of public/corporate organisations would be an advantage; and <br>
• (g)good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with Level 3 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (2)].
