Contract Project Coordinator (Village Representative Elections)
月薪$40,015元
職責
(1) 協助籌備和推行鄉郊代表選舉；
(2) 協助聯絡新界地區組織及各政府部門；
(3) 為擬備及安排投票站及點票站的印刷資料和與選舉有關物資提供物流支援；及
(4) 處理查詢及投訴。

(a) To assist in coordinating the implementation of Village Representative Elections;
(b) To assist in liaison with organizations in the New Territories and government departments;
(c) To provide logistic support for the preparation and arrangements of printed and election-related materials for the polling and counting stations; and
(d) To handle enquiries and complaints.

入職條件
(1) 持有香港之大學學位或同等學歷；
(2) 在取得上述學歷後，具有五年籌備大規模全港性或國際性之節目及公關活動的認可工作經驗(優先考慮具有籌備公共選舉的認可工作經驗者);
(3) 具備良好中英文書寫及會話能力;及
(4) 具備良好電腦知識包括精通MS Word、Excel、PowerPoint及中文輸入法。

(b) Minimum 5 years of post-qualification working experience in event organization and public relations. Preference will be given to applicants with relevant experience in planning and conducting public elections;
(c) Good command of Chinese and English (both written and spoken); and
(d) Good computer knowledge including proficiency of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.

(1) 香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
(2) 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
