Part-time Chief Project Manager (Strategic Planning for School-level Implementation) (EDB/CDI/070/21)
時薪693元 (每星期需工作16小時)
職責
(a)協助策劃及落實中學階段學校課程持續更新下的主要更新重點及其他教育倡議,包括舉辦工作坊以提升學校領導人員的專業能力;
(b)參考《中學教育課程指引》(2017)和學校課程檢討專責小組檢討報告所載列的建議,就整校課程規劃制訂可行策略;
(c)策劃和進行學校探訪,蒐集學校在督導整校課程規劃方面的良好做法,並在需要時提供專業支援;
(d)策劃和領導「種籽」計劃,為學校領導人員在校本課程發展方面提供支援;
(e)研究教育議題,包括學校課程的最新發展;以及
(f)執行被委派的其他職務。

(a) To assist in the planning and implementation of the Major Renewed Emphases of the ongoing renewal of the school curriculum as well as other education initiatives at the secondary level, including delivering workshops to enhance the professional competence of school leaders;
(b) To formulate feasible strategies for whole-school curriculum planning based on the recommendations set out in the Secondary Education Curriculum Guide (2017) and the review report of the Task Force on Review of School Curriculum;
(c) To plan and conduct school visits to collect good practices in directing whole-school curriculum planning and to provide professional support when necessary;
(d) To plan and lead a "Seed" project to support school leaders in school-based curriculum development;
(e) To conduct research on educational issues, including the latest developments of school curriculum; and
(f) To undertake any other duties as assigned.

入職條件
(a)持有香港所頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(i)];
(b)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(i)];
(c)在取得上述(a)及(b)學歷後,具備不少於20年的教學或與教育相關的經驗,例如為學校提供支援,視學及課程發展;當中不少於5年須擔任管理職位[參閱註(ii)];
(d)具備良好的中文及英文語文能力;
(e)具備良好的組織力,溝通能力及人際技巧;以及
(f)對本港教育制度的最新發展,特別是有關最近在課程發展及教育改革上的範疇有認知。

(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [See Note (i)];
(c) At least 20 years' post-qualification [as specified in (a) & (b)] teaching experience or education related experience, such as school support, school inspection and curriculum development; among which a candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in holding a management position [See Note (ii)];
(d) Good command of both English and Chinese;
(e) Good organisation, communication and interpersonal skills; and
(f) Awareness of the recent developments of the education system in Hong Kong, particularly the recent trends in curriculum development and education reforms.

(i)申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。申請人如有其他學歷(例如有關科目的碩士或博士學位),亦須一併在申請表上列明。
