職責
主要職責包括：(a) 整理海上垃圾統計數據及繪製有關圖表/例證；(b) 整理海上垃圾數據庫；(c) 收集及分析由政府部門、非政府組織及社區團體提供的海上垃圾數據；(d) 協助協調政府部門處理海上垃圾事宜；(e) 整理及更新海岸清潔網站； (f) 協助處理海上垃圾投訴及查詢； (g) 支援非政府組織及社區團體舉辦海岸清潔活動； (h) 協助監察沿岸地區及進行海上垃圾調查；(i) 支援各項公關活動；及(j) 執行其它上級人員所分配的技術/行政職務。

The main duties include: (a) Compiling statistics and plotting graphs/illustrations on marine refuse; (b) Maintaining the database on marine refuse; (c) Collecting and analyzing marine refuse data from government departments, NGOs and other community groups; (d) Assisting in coordinating efforts from relevant departments for matters related to marine refuse; (e) Maintaining and updating the Clean Shorelines website; (f) Assisting in handling complaints and enquires on marine refuse; (g) Providing assistance to non-government organisations/community groups in arranging cleanups; (h) Assisting in monitoring coastal sites and conducting marine refuse survey; (i) Providing support to various public relation events; and (j) Performing other technical / administrative duties as assigned by the supervisors when required.
(Note:The hours and venues of work may be varied having regard to the operational needs of the department. The successful candidate may be required to (a) work irregular hours and overtime, including evenings and weekends; and (b) work occasionally outdoors.)

入職條件
申請人須–(a)持有本港的大學 / 理工或香港專業教育學院 / 科技學院 / 工業學院頒發的環境學/相關科學科目文憑或高級證書，或具備同等學歷；(b)在取得有關學歷後具有至少三年與環保/統計有關的全職工作經驗；(c) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等學歷（註：2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）E級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績）；以及(d)具有電腦知識及工作經驗，尤其在數據庫建立及管理方面，可獲優先考慮。
Candidates should have – (a) a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Environmental Studies or a relevant science subject from a Hong Kong university/ Hong Kong polytechnic, Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/ technical college/ technical institute, or equivalent; (b) at least three years’ full-time relevant post-qualification working experience in the field of environmental/ statistical work; (c) met the language proficiency requirement of Level 2 (Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note: ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth); and (d) knowledge and experience in computer work, in particular database setup and management would be an advantage.
