職責
總項目主任主要負責以下職務:
(a) 協助研究地政總署接獲投訴和查詢的處理的相關事宜,以及制定部門處理投訴和查詢的指引;
(b) 協助檢討投訴和查詢處理機制的成效,並評估支援相關工作的環境,務求識別需要改善之處,包括訂定精簡工作流程和裁減流程涉及的架構層級的範圍;
(c) 制訂短期和長期建議,改善現行的投訴和查詢處理機制,包括但不限於建立知識管理數據庫,以利便員工檢索最新的資料和範本,從而提高投訴和查詢處理工作的效率和一致性;
(d) 與負責人員協調,落實(c)項的短期和長期改善建議,包括把知識管理數據庫上載到部門的資訊科技系統;以及
(e) 執行上級人員指派的其他行政工作。

A Chief Project Executive is mainly deployed on:
(a) To assist in conducting research on issues relevant to handling of complaints and enquiries addressed to the Lands Department and drawing up departmental guidelines on complaint and enquiry handling.
(b) To assist in reviewing the effectiveness of the complaint and enquiry handling mechanisms and assessing the supporting environment with a view to identifying areas for improvement including scope for streamlining and delayering of workflow.
(c) To formulate both short-term and long-term proposals for enhancing the present complaint and enquiry handling mechanisms, including but not limited to the establishment of knowledge management database for easy retrieval of up-to-date information by staff and templates to enhance efficiency and consistency in processing complaints and enquiries.
(d) To coordinate with subject officers for implementing the short-term and long-term enhancement proposals under item (c), including uploading the knowledge management database to the departmental IT system; and
(e) To carry out any other administrative duties as assigned by senior officers.

入職條件
申請人必須:
(a) 持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 具有最少15年在公營機構擔任高層職位的管理經驗,包括豐富的行政和管理經驗;
(c) 熟悉政府體制;
(d) 在策劃、統領和推展大型項目方面具備相關經驗者更佳;
(e) 中英文書寫能力良好,並操流利粵語和英語;以及
(f) 具備卓越的領導和策劃能力、良好的溝通及人際關係技巧。

(b) at least 15 years of management experience in a senior position in the public sector with solid executive and administrative experience;
(c) good knowledge of government system;
(d) relevant experience in developing, leading and implementing large-scale projects is an advantage;
(e) good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
(f) strong leadership and planning skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.
