職責
(a) 就改善「創意香港」轄下網站的項目(網站改善項目)擔任內部項目經理,負責協調「創意香港」其他有關科別/組別和管理項目承辦商;
(b) 就制訂及推行核准項目的宣傳計劃,向創意智優計劃的獲款機構提供意見及作出支援,並草擬或校訂由「創意香港」或創意智優計劃的獲款機構為該等核准項目製作的宣傳品;
(c) 為商務及經濟發展局及「創意香港」的高級官員出席/主持活動、會晤到訪的創意產業相關代表團(包括本地、內地及海外)和接受傳媒訪問時,擬備演辭、發言稿/訪問稿、簡介、祝賀信及信息,並提供禮賓、接待及後勤支援;
(d) 為「創意香港」製作宣傳刊物,並與設計及印刷/製作公司聯繫,以製作「創意香港」的單張、小冊子、贈品等;
(e) 協助高級經理聯繫有關政府決策局/部門、公營機構及非政府機構,以推廣建築與印刷及出版界別;
(f) 就《內地與香港關於建立更緊密經貿關係的安排》及其他業界相關事宜,與印刷及出版界別的創意機構單位、專業協會、業內人士及其他持份者聯繫;
(g) 支援高級經理擬備有關建築、印刷出版及推廣科各項事宜的報表;
(h) 監督助理經理執行行政及推廣職務和推行網站改善項目;以及
(i) 執行獲指派的其他職務。
註:
(i) 遇有職務需要,受聘人或須不定時及逾時工作(包括在星期六、星期日及公眾假期工作)。
(ii) 入選的申請人或須參加筆試及/或面試。

(a) To act as the Internal Project Manager of a project to revamp the websites under the purview of CreateHK by coordinating with other sections/units of CreateHK involved and managing the contractor(s) of the project (the websites revamp project);
(b) To advise and support CreateSmart Initiative (CSI) fund recipients in devising and implementing publicity programmes for approved projects, and to draft or edit the publicity materials prepared by CreateHK or CSI fund recipients for these approved projects;
(c) To prepare speeches, speaking/interview notes, briefs, congratulatory letters and messages, and to provide protocol, hospitality and logistical support to top/senior officials of the CEDB and CreateHK to attend/officiate at events, meet with creative industry-related visiting delegations (local, Mainland and overseas inclusive), and attend media interviews;
(d) To develop promotional literature for CreateHK and to prepare content and liaise with design and printing/production houses for production of leaflets, booklets, giveaway items and alike for CreateHK;
(e) To assist Senior Manager in liaising with the relevant government bureau/departments, public organisations and NGOs to promote the architecture and printing & publishing sectors ;
(f) To liaise with creative establishments, professional associations, players and other stakeholders of printing & publishing sector in relation to CEPA and other trade-related matters;
(g) To support Senior Manager in preparing returns for various matters related to the Architecture, Printing & Publishing and Promotion Section;
(h) To supervise Assistant Managers in carrying out administrative and promotional duties and in implementing the websites revamp project; and
(i) To perform other duties as assigned.
Note:
(i) Subject to the exigency of services, the appointee may be required to work irregular hours and overtime, including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.
(ii) Shortlisted candidates may be required to attend written examination and/ or interview.

入職條件
(a) 持有本港頒授的公共關係、廣告、市場、傳播、英國語文、中國語文、翻譯或相關學科學士學位或同等學歷;
(b) 取得香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科第3級或以上的成績或同等學歷[註];
(c) 在取得相關學歷後,具備最少十年關於公共關係、廣告、市場或傳播的工作經驗,當中最少三年擔任相關管理職位;
(d) 中英文書寫能力俱佳,能操流利英語、粵語及普通話,並熟悉應用軟件(包括中英文文書處理、Excel及PowerPoint)。具備在政府/半官方機構/公營服務界別的工作經驗更佳;以及
(e) 注重細節,積極主動,具說服力,能獨立、在高壓下和緊迫的期限內工作,並具備優良的解難、分析、組織及人際溝通技巧。

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, English Language, Chinese Language, Translation or a related discipline;
(b) Attained Level 3 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent[Note];
(c) A minimum of ten years’ relevant post-qualification working experience in the field of public relations, advertising, marketing or communications, and with at least three years’ experience at managerial level;
(d) High standard of writing skills in both English and Chinese, excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua, and sound knowledge of application software (including English and Chinese word processing, Excel and Powerpoint). Experience in Government / quasi-government bodies / public service sector will be an advantage; and
(e) Detail-oriented, self-motivated, persuasive, able to work independently and under intensive pressure and tight deadlines, and possesses excellent problem-solving, analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills.
[Note: For non-civil service appointment purpose, ‘Grade C’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 3’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
