Part-time Literacy Programme Consultant (Primary Native-speaking English Teacher) (EDB/CDI/105/21)
時薪439元 (每星期需工作17小時)
職責
(a) 支援小學英國語文學習計劃的修訂和發展工作;
(b) 支援學校實施小學英國語文學習計劃;
(c) 為英語教師,包括以英語為母語的英語敎師提供專業支援,以助他們參與小學英國語文學習計劃;
(d) 透過示範、共同教學、照顧學生的學習差異,及給予建設性的回饋,為課堂提供支援;
(e) 協助參與計劃的學校使用新發展的及/或更新的資源和教材,以配合他們的需要;
(f) 設計和舉辦校本專業發展活動,以支援小學英國語文學習計劃的實施;
(g) 協助推動家長參與,以達至計劃的目標;
(h) 規劃、發展、組織、舉辦和檢討敎師專業發展活動,以支援小學英國語文學習計劃的發展及實施;以及
(i) 執行上司委派的其他職務。

(a) To support the refinement and development of the primary literacy programmes;
(b) To provide school support for literacy programme implementation;
(c) To provide professional support for English teachers, including Native-speaking English Teacher(NET), in participating in the primary literacy programmes;
(d) To provide classroom support through modelling, co-teaching, catering for learner diversity and giving constructive feedback;
(e) To assist programme schools in using newly developed and/or refined resources and material appropriate to their needs;
(f) To design and conduct school-based professional development programmes to support the implementation of the programme;
(g) To assist in promoting parental involvement in achieving the programme objectives;
(h) To plan, develop, organise, conduct and review Centralised Professional Development workshops to support the development and implementation of the programme; and
(i) To undertake any other duties assigned.
(b) To provide school support for literacy programme implementation;

入職條件
申請人需具備以下入職條件:
(a)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;
(b)符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑試或香港中學會考英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績,或具備同等成績[參閱註(ii)];
(c)具備不少於3年在香港小學發展和實踐英國語文學習計劃的經驗;及在上述列明所需的經驗中具備不少於3年設計和舉辦敎師專業發展活動予本地的英文科教師及外藉英語敎師的經驗[參閱註(iii)];
(d)持有與教授英語相關的碩士或博士學位者優先[參閱註(i)] / 具備評估計劃 / 領導課程發展計劃經驗者優先;
(e)擁有良好英語會話及書寫能力;
(f)擁有在壓力下工作的良好能力;
(g)具備良好運用科技支援語文教學的知識;
(h)擁有良好諮詢技巧;以及
(i)具備良好人際交往和組識能力;以及
(甲類)
(a)持有香港所頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷,主修英國語文者優先 [參閱註(i)];以及
(b)在取得上述(a)的學歷後,具備不少於6年任教小學英文科的經驗 [參閱註(iii)]。或
(乙類)
(a)持有教授英語作為外語或第二語言的證書 [參閱註(i)];以及
(b)在取得上述(a)的學歷後,具備不少於15年任教小學英文科的經驗[參閱註(iii)]。
(a)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;

Candidates should possess the following requirements :
(a) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
(b) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
(c) At least 3 years' experience in developing and implementing literacy programmes suitable for primary students in Hong Kong; among the years of experience required above, at least 3 years' experience in designing and conducting professional development programmes for English teachers, including Native-speaking English Teachers and local English teachers, in local schools [See Note (iii)];
(d) Candidates who possess a higher degree or above (e.g. master or doctor) in English Language teaching preferred [See Note (i)] / experience in project evaluation / leading curriculum development projects preferred;
(e) Good spoken and written English;
(f) Strong ability to work under pressure;
(g) A sound knowledge of using technology to support language learning and teaching;
(h) Good consultancy skills; and
(i) Good interpersonal and organisational skills; AND
(Category A)
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent, majoring in English preferred [See Note (i)]; and
(b) At least 6 years of post-degree [as specified in (a)] experience in teaching English at the primary level [See Note (iii)]. OR
(Category B)
(a) A certificate in Teaching of English as a Foreign Language or as a Second Language (TEFL/TESL) [See Note (i)]; and
(b) At least 15 years' post-qualification [as specified in (a)] experience in teaching English at the primary level [See Note (iii)].

入職條件(註)

(iii) 申請人須述明於取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質。
