(a) To facilitate the implementation and evaluation of the project;
(b) To provide consultation and on-site support and training to school administrators, teachers, other professionals and parents in kindergartens;
(c) To plan, coordinate and conduct various training activities such as school-based workshops, joint school training or territory-wide training and sharing activities etc;
(d) To consolidate good practice from participating kindergartens for further dissemination to the field of kindergartens; and
(e) To perform other professional duties as required.

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent [See Note (i)];
(b) A minimum of five-years' teaching experience in kindergartens [See Note (ii)];
(c) Experience in curriculum planning and development in kindergartens/teacher training/parent training preferred [See Note (ii)];
(d) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (iii)];
(e) Good Command of both spoken and written Chinese and English;
(f) Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and organization skills, ability to work independently and as a team; and
(g) Candidates may be required to take a written test.
