職責
(1) 建立及加強與主要客戶的長期業務關係,以保持收入並獲取最新的市場情報;
(2) 作為與主要客戶溝通的首要渠道,保持密切聯繫並為他們提供訂製服務和專業建議;
(3) 監察及評估銷售案例的績效,監測進度並定期檢討;
(4) 讓主要客戶了解香港郵政最新的產品及服務;
(5) 協助與主要客戶進行價格談判並擬備業務協議;以及
(6) 與內部各科/組別合作,促進銷售流程並提高客戶滿意度。

(2) To act as prime channel in communication with major customers, keeping close liaison and providing tailor-made service and expert advice to them;
(3) To monitor and evaluate the sales cases’ performance, monitor the progress and conduct regular reviews;
(4) To keep major customers abreast of the latest Hongkong Post products and services;
(5) To assist in price negotiation with key account customers and preparation of business agreements; and
(6) To work with internal divisions/sections facilitating the sales process and enhancing customers’ satisfaction.

入職條件
(1) 持有本港大學所頒授並獲認可的物流、業務發展或相關學科的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(2) 取得上述學歷資格後,累積不少於2年有關主要帳戶管理的工作經驗,物流、快遞或航運業尤佳;
(3) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(2007年以前為「課程乙」)取得第3等級(2007年以前為「C級」)或以上成績,或同等成績;
(4) 具備卓越的協商、表達和人際技巧;
(5) 積極主動,並具備競爭力;
(6) 能獨立工作,人際交往能力強;以及
(7) 具備良好的普通話、中英會話和書寫能力。

(1) A recognized Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business development or related disciplines from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
(2) A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification working experience in key account management preferably in logistics, courier or shipping industry;
(3) Level 3 (Grade C before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(4) Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills;
(5) Highly self-motivated with competitive drive;
(6) Ability to work independently with a strong networking capability; and
(7) Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, and Mandarin.

入職條件(註)
2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
