Contract Senior Human Resources Manager
每月月薪港幣74,515元至93,710元,視乎應徵者的相關工作經驗而定。
職責
合約高級人力資源經理主要負責︰
(a) 監察僱用公務員、非公務員合約計劃及退休後服務合約計劃的僱員的招聘工作;
(b) 與分部及/或相關單位協調有關招聘事宜;
(c) 督導下屬進行招聘工作;
(d) 監察編製新入職人士的簡介資料及為他們安排簡介會;以及
(e) 執行上司指明的其他工作。

The Contract Senior Human Resources Manager is mainly deployed to –
(a) oversee the conduct of recruitment exercises for the employment of civil servants and employment of officers through Non-civil Service Contract Scheme and Post-retirement Service Contract Scheme;
(b) liaise with Divisions and/or relevant parties on recruitment issues;
(c) supervise subordinates in launching the recruitment exercise;
(d) oversee compiling of orientation materials and arrange briefing for new intakes ; and
(e) perform any other duties as assigned by seniors.

入職條件
申請人須 –
(a) 持有本港大學學士學位,或具同等學歷;
(b) 於取得上述學歷後,具最少十年在公營機構擔任高層職位的經驗包括豐富的人事管理和行政經驗,當中不少於六年有關在公營機構處理招聘事宜的工作經驗;
(c) 熟悉政府體制;及
(d) 中英文書寫能力良好,並操流利粵語和英語。

Candidates should have –
(a) a bachelor degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) at least 10 years’ full-time post-qualification working experience in a senior position in the public sector with solid staff management and administrative experience including at least 6 years’ working experience relating to handling recruitment matters in the public sector;
(c) good knowledge of the government system; and
(d) good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
